Thanking Her Mentors
Kameron has a great deal of gratitude for those who have supporter her steps to success through time.

She also points to the leadership of Doug Malone, Founder/CEO ICT Capital.
“Doug has been influential to me as a mentor in Commercial Real Estate. A quote that describes Doug perfectly is ‘A mentor is not someone who walks ahead of you to show you how they did it. A mentor walks alongside you to show you what you can do,” Kameron says. “I am fortunate that Doug has allowed me the unique opportunity to learn the Development side of Commercial Real Estate. His transparency has given me the ability to work and see all sides of a transaction from start-to-finish which includes: site selection, building design, construction, leasing, and a tenant opening for business.”
Truly, Kameron demonstrates an uncommon passion for her work, commenting that she loves having the ability to make a real impact on the community.
“For me it’s about being able to make an income while making an impact,” she points out.
Family Love
Family has been an important source of strength and enjoyment throughout Kameron’s life. She cherishes the influence of her parents, including her mom, Belinda Rich, who is a Business inte gration Leader at Textron Aviation, and her dad, Arlando Rich, who is a Line Haul driver for Old Dominion Freights.
Another person who Kameron highlights is her 22-year-old brother, Laron Rich.
“He is easily the smartest and kindest person I know. We are 10 years apart and I’ve always tried to make sure we had a close relationship. He is going back to school in the fall and would like to major in Physics.”
Away from work, Kameron loves traveling. Other favorites including riding 4-wheelers with friends and spending time with her 10-year-old Morkie, Khloe.
Supporting the needs of her community is also a priority for Kameron. Some of her favorite groups include the Wichita Family Crisis Center, Goodwill, Family Promise, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Red Cross.
As Kameron reflects on her favorite types of work, she has a big place in her heart for non-profit organizations.
“I’ve been connected to the Wichita Family Crisis Center that is a domestic shelter for those who are experiencing a bad situation and helping them get back on their feet,” she says. “Another is Goodwill. They have just broke ground on a site I was able to find for them that will help expand their mission services program called NexStep Alliance. I like deals that help to better my community.”
Landmark Impact
Kameron has also helped organizations such as HteaO. She conducted site selection for the Texas-based franchise.
“They needed an agent to help them with site selection and I also connected them with Doug Malone with ICT Capital to develop their stores.
I was able to help find their East and West site locations, negotiated their leases for them.,” she points out.
“Then HTeaO Corporate connected me with their Derby franchisee and that site is currently under construction. In addition, I’m also connected with a franchisee in Garden City and Dodge City as well as a Kansas City franchisee looking for sites in Olathe, LenexaShawnee and Lawrence.”
