Ticketing Information

Members of the Lucerne Festival Friends Circle and subscribers can purchase concert tickets and/or summer subscriptions starting immediately. Complete details of the Summer Festival program will be published at the beginning of March 2023. Tickets for the Summer Festival go on sale to the general public near the end of March.

Online ticket sales begin on 28 March 2023, 12.00 noon (Swiss time) Mail sales begin on 29 March 2023 Telephone sales begin on 29 March 2023, Mon – Fri from 10.00 am to noon; on 29 to 31 March as well as during the Festival also from 2.00 to 4.00 pm

Information on Wheelchairs

The main concert hall of the KKL Luzern has six wheelchair spaces with a good view of the stage, which are available on special terms. Wheelchair spaces are also available at the other event locations. The Festival cannot ensure that accompanying persons will receive a seat in the same price category or near the wheelchair space. Our staff members from Visitor Services are happy to advise when you are ordering tickets. Wheelchair spaces cannot be purchased online.

For section and seating availability update daily, please visit lucernefestival.ch starting 28 March 2023, 12.00 noon (Swiss time). Lucerne Festival reserves the right to change certain sections or the seating plan.

Redeeming Vouchers

Please include your voucher along with your written order and send to the ticket office for processing (processing fee: CHF 10). If the voucher does not cover the entire amount, we will additionally need your credit card details to cover the remaining amount. It is not possible to combine a voucher with an invoice.
