Design and modelling of five types hotel room, of corridor and common spaces of an hotel placed close to a toolhouse, in Verona. Bachelor dissertetion, Politecnico di Milano. September 2005
UNA Hotel in Verona This project has been my bachelor work. It starts from a real hotel belonging to “UNA Hotel chain brand throughtout all Italy. So, I changed the layout about both the external faces, and the common spaces, as well as the rooms’ inside. The concept was born from what is considered today a motorway, and I saw it like a electronic circuit, like almost a spiderweb connecting the spaces.

1 Woodhall Drive, London This new building on the top of the old structure and layout, trails the existing usign of the room, by mean of two separate volumes connected by a glass glazing corridor in the middle of them. The design and the material are been choosen respect to the closest matching to the neighbour house. In terms of sunlight study and shadow map troughtout the day and the year time, a study of the shadows themselves has been shown to preserve the next house from any bothering cast shadow due to the new design.
