HOUSE Produções e Eventos is an 11-year old company specialized in providing complete infrastructure services for any type of events, from its planning through its complete execution, in agree with our customers needs. We provide expertise in different event areas, including project planning, event management, technology and network plan, staff team, scenography/ AV equipment plan and execution, logistic, general support and merchandising material production. In 2016, for the seventh consecutive year, HOUSE Proddu es e Eventos held with the agency GUA Comunica ão Vital the CEO Conference Brazil of Banco BTG Pactual, at the Grand Hya São Paulo, Brazil. Since 2010 the HOUSE is involved in the preparation of the event, it is responsible for general planning, build and setup the scenography, IT and AV equipment plan and setup, live broadcast transmission to Latam, USA and Europe and HOUSE also does the general direction of the conference media house during the event. Every year the CEO Conference Brazil has a main plenary, 06 secondary plenaries and several meeting rooms, where 70 CEO Executives of the largest companies in Brazil ministry their presentations. The hotel is always signaled and acclimated to receive the public of the Convention. In aIn addition it is always offered lunchs, coffee breaks and dinners during the Conference for the participants.

The ceremony took place on the night of February 20 in S達o Paulo during a dinner hosted by Conservation International CI-Brazil in honor of the Board of Directors of the NGO. The event brought together important personalities like the musician Gilberto Gil, the president of BTG-Pactual Bank, Andre Estevez, and the CEO of Walmart, Rob Walton. The dinner also featured the presence of Harrison Ford, which is CI board member for more than 20 years. House Produ es is responsible for setup the entire conference, coordinating all the suppliers, planning the IT and AV equipment structure, scenery and making the general direction of the media house.

AGC Openning Factory
In 2014 AGC ASAHI GLASS open their first factory in Brazil and House Produ es e Eventos was contracted to take care of the ceremony. We were responsible to look for and contract local suppliers such as food, furniture, local staff support, plan and setup the scenography and AV equipment and to the entire event. AGC International Board, Political Authorities, Clients and AGC Employers were the audience of the ceremony. The launch of the Official 2014 World Cup teams seat and Zico’s one of the most popular soccer player of Brazil speech were osome of the surprises for the public.

It is an annual event in which Cacau Show, the second largest manufacturer of chocolates of Brazil, gathers its 1,500 franchisees for 3 days for a convention held each year in a diferent Brazilian city. In 2016 the event took place at the Bourbon Hotel in Atibaia, SP, Brazil. and adopted a sophisticated AV technology and video pro ection. The House were hired to give advice and conduct technical and artistically the entire event. A ma or rock concert was the event s closing activity.

The House Produções e Eventos was invited by TV1 Experience agency to develop and set up the scenography design of Brazil Investment Forum, sponsored by Bradesco to investors. The Brazil Investment Forum is the main investment event of Bradesco Bank. This year of 2016, the event will take place at Grand Hya São Paulo and will feature a main plenary for 400 guests, in addition to two others plenaries to 40 participants each, meeting rooms and a large foyer for reception and coffee break
