PAPIRĂ˜EN
MASTERPLAN COMPETITION Christiansholm, Copenhagen, Denmark. BCVA Architecture teamed up with MVRDV and GHB.
This project is all about keeping the interesting and unique enviroment in the area today. So the multi-functionality of the large halls and the small workshops should stay as well as the narrow intimate corridors in between. Therefore the footprint of the existing structures is kept. On top of this public one storey base, a semiprivate rooftop garden and mixed type of housing are situated. All apartment are guaranteed a view to the sea. The quay around the island is activated with small boat bridges and a harbour bath.

NEW VISION FOR “SOLRØD LANDSBY” CONCEPT DESIGN
Solrød Landsby, Denmark LN Architects (Owner)/ 2016
Borgerinddragelse: The workshop and the involvement of citizens throughout the project has resulted in a large pool of ideas and suggestions to develop the physical, socio-economic and identity potentials of the village. Focus themes: MEETING POINTS: Local Church and the Old Dairy. LEISURE: Benches path and a walking trail. EVERYDAY SAFETY: Traffic and road The proposal identifies and design new meeting areas and includes a new two-way bike path, speed bumps, trees and lightning.

DIAGNOSE: Gl. Køgevej is a quite busy street in a residential area by the sea. There presence of “SF-Sten” as cement flooring and the lack of a green, result in a very monotonous lifeless street. There is no parking areas and there is a need of reducing driving speed . PROPOSAL: How can you design environments to slow down traffic? The concept is based on splitting the monotonous 750 m street into smaller sections by introducing “islands” extending the sidewalk across the road and bringing motor vehicles to the pedestrian level, replacing the exisiting chokers/chicanes. The sidewalk gets broader by narrowing the street.

STRANDVEJSTORVET CONCEPT DESIGN: LANDSCAPE
Gammel Køgevej, Solrød Strand, Denmark LN Architects (Owner) / 2016
The good urban spaces is “a place with people and light” ... DIAGNOSE: The plaza appears deserted and abandoned due to the lack of identity and function. PROPOSAL: Priorization of outdoor service and activities on the sunny side of the plaza (facade towards south). Re-location of the bike path to the south. Introduction of water as an active element, making reference to the beach. This project is part of an integral design for Solrød Center (gågade).

CULTURAL CENTER CONCEPT DESIGN
Favella City of god, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil J. Mario Jauregui, Atelier Metropolitano / Brazil 2012
City of God is a well known guetto “favella” in Rio de Janeiro. The project intents to urbanize the given area, where there is an existing shed where President Obama gave an speech, and icon for the neigbourhood, therefore, the shed is keeped. The user experience meets design! Infrastructure is based on pedestrians’ preferred routes. The program is divided in 2, a private cinema and public areas with library and lecture rooms. The 2 areas must work independly. Clima, economy and labor conditions set the parametres for materiality: a brick skin that wraps the building.

ODENSE STIBRO WINNING DESIGN COMPETITION Odense, Denmark Gottlieb Paludan architects / 2013
front view/
plan/
The bridge is intended to improve the connection between the city and harbour area for the cyclists and pedestrians of Odense. It proposes itself a as a dynamic extension of the existing urban space — an inviting, sweeping movement from north to south. Along the way, there will be a number of well-defined spaces, and a variety of views and impressions. I collaborated with the project with 3d modelling, and detail 2d drawings. (Rhinoceros and AutoCad) 15
MOVE COPENHAGEN CONCEPTUAL DESIGN Refshaleøen, Copenhagen, Denmark Active City Transformation / 2014
An old shipyard in Copenhagen provides an urban setting for Copenhagen’s new festival of movement. It creates a unique opportunity for the movement of slackline, climbing and bouldering, yoga and acroyoga, dance and parkour. The proposal works with the repetition of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 m structural triangles, and different closings and finishings. 16
ART BUILDING THESIS PROJECT / UBA
Buenos Aires, Argentina, 2013
?
The building reads the print of the urban grid. It reintepretes the constructive and spatial heritage of Buenos Aires and developes it by the dialogue between the unit of the plot and the city. TENSION, unit & its deformation are project’s essence.
programme/
+0,00 ground floor/
The 5000 m2 building is a space for ART, a community/ social pole. It is a meeting point! What is a space of art? It is a NEIGHBOURHOOD: Repetition, diversity and scale gradients. I reinteprete a classic argentinian house typology, “Casa chorizo”(sausage house), where a longitudinal open courtyard distribute all interconnected rooms.

HABITAT EXTREME SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE / UBA Tartagal, Salta, Argentina / 2011
Based on the Tartagal River catastrofy event in 2010, after a macro analysis of the area I generate a proposal for the territory affected by the avalanche. General objective:Â generate a proposal for the shores of the river, to solve the hydraulic problem with alternative low environmental impact: water management. First stage, the survey and relocation of homes in danger of the shore area. Secondly, the project of a system of public parks to the margins of the river. 18
