LP | LUCIA PELOSI Buongiorno, mi chiamo Lucia, ho 28 anni, una Laurea Magistrale in Architettura e la determinazione e l’entusiasmo per poter imparare ed accrescere ogni giorno le mie competenze, sotto il profilo professionale e personale. Prediligo un approccio concreto e interdisciplinare verso la progettazione, che offra sempre una risposta adeguata alla domanda e che conduca ad un miglioramento del benessere sociale ed ambientale. Hello, I’m Lucia, a 28-yo graduate with a MSc in Architecture, enthusiastic about what I’ve learnt and dedicated to enrich and improve my professional and personal skills every day. Albenga è un’importante meta turistica sportiva per gli amanti dell’arrampicata sportiva e degli sport acquatici. Il progetto prevede la riqualificazione di un’area di proprietà del Comune, lasciata alla vegetazione incolta e al degrado, attraverso la progettazione di un parco polifunzionale sportivo, articolato intorno a due edifici principali: uno di nuova costruzione suddiviso in una palestra d’arrampicata indoor e in un surf center, l’altro, frutto di riuso di una struttura industriale, adibito a skate-park. Il disegno è completato da un sistema di percorsi ciclo-pedonali e di arredo urbano.
01 Concept
Albenga is an important holiday destination for climbers and water sports athletes. The project focus on the requalification of an area owned by the municipality but currently abandoned and left to native vegetation and degradation, through the design of a sports multifunctional park. It is articulated around two main buildings: a brand new one dedicated to an indoor climbing gym plus a surf center and the other intended as a skate park that is the repurpose of an old industrial structure. The design is completed by several pedestrian and cycle paths and a urban furniture system.

Il Parco Agricolo del Llobregat è uno spazio periurbano di Barcellona, che deve convivere con la zona residenziale e con l’impatto dell’ambito infrastrutturale ed industriale circostante. L’aspetto naturalistico viene privilegiato e il verde diventa protagonista del progetto, inserendosi tra i lotti edificati di nuova costruzione, che seguono, a loro volta, il disegno della maglia agricola presente nel sito. La nascita dei nuovi quartieri si articola in diverse fasi partendo dalla formazione di uno spazio a funzione pubblica su cui crescono gli edifici con altezze e volumetrie differenti.
02 Concept
The Llobregat Agricultural Park is a suburban area of B arcelona, which has to coexist with the residential area and the infrastructures of the surrounding industries. The naturalistic and green aspect becomes the soul and protagonist of the project, taking a leading role between the new buildings risen following the network of the agricultural mesh already present in the site. The growth of the new districts is splitted into several stages starting from the development of a public function-space on which the buildings follow different heights and volume.

Tema del corso è lo studio e la redazione di mappe legate alla città di Barcellona di differente genere, tra cui quella concettuale che lega tre parole chiave a tre aree urbane, quella espressiva nella quale ogni spazio viene individuato attraverso il suono onomatopeico prodotto, ed infine, la mappa dei dati in cui l’analisi di tecnologia e rapporto tra spazi chiusi e aperti offre una visione di città del futuro. Lo step finale di questo percorso si concretizza nella costruzione di un albero genealogico tascabile che, seguendo lo stile delle mappe metropolitane, ne segna percorsi e punti nodali.
03 Concept
The main theme of the course has been the study and the preparation of maps linked to the city of Barcelona, every one in a different way: a conceptual map that links three key words with three urban areas, an expression map in which every space is detected through the onomatopoeic sound produced, and finally, the map data that studies the relationship between closed and open spaces giving a vision of the future city. The final step has been realized with the construction of a pocket-sized family tree that, following the style of metropolitan maps, marks paths and nodal points.

04 A new gate for Villa Cambiaso

Oggetto di quest’opera di restauro è la recinzione di Villa Cambiaso Giustiniani, realizzata tra il 1600 e il 1900 ad Albaro, un quartiere di Genova. L’intervento progettuale ha come obiettivi principali la messa in sicurezza, la conservazione e la riqualificazione ed è il risultato di un lavoro di rilievo, di analisi dei materiali, del degrado e della stratigrafia, fino ad una stima dei costi; si concretizza in minime operazioni necessarie per migliorare le condizioni di degrado ed evitare deterioramenti successivi, oltre al progetto di un sistema ex novo di illuminazione.
The object of this restoration project is the Villa Cambiaso Giustiniani fence, made between 1600 and 1900 in Albaro, a district of Genoa. The main goals are the safety, the conservation and the requalification of the space while the project proposal consisted on the results of surveys, materials study, analysis of the degradation and stratigraphy, obtaining a final cost estimation. It is realized of necessaries minimal operations in order to improve the conditions of the space and to prevent future deterioration, plus a new lighting system project.

Il progetto nasce dalla volontà di creare un collegamento diretto tra la stazione ferroviaria di Spotorno e la costa, riqualificando il corso del fiume presente nel sito e realizzando un polmone verde nel cuore della città che si relazioni con il fiume, il mare e l’abitato e crei una struttura fruibile e accessibile da tutti. Nuovi percorsi si intersecano in punti nodali caratterizzati da una specifica funzione, la pavimentazione in diversi materiali e l’illuminazione guidano l’utente all’interno del parco, l’acqua assume un aspetto ludico e il molo completa il disegno, con attività balneari e di ristorazione.
The project starts from the aim of making a direct link between the railway station of the city of Spotorno and the coast, redeveloping the course of the river in site and creating a green “lung” in the heart of the city that relates with the river, the sea and the urban district creating a structure usable and accessible by everyone. New paths intersect in nodal points characterized by a specific function, the flooring in different materials and lighting guide the users inside the park, the water takes on a playful look and a pier complete the design, with beach activities and restaurants.
