WHEREAS having made the necessary inquires and having read the statutory declaration filed in connection therewith, I have come to the conclusion that the duplicate of the Transfer Certificate of Title dated 31st day of May, 2007 and Registered in the Land Titles Register Volume 56 at Folio No. 133

ALL THAT lot, piece or parcel of land situate at Mile 8½ Western Highway, Belize District being Block No. 45 and comprising 5 acres as shown on Plan No. 292 of 1974 and more particularly described in Grant Numbered 292 of 1974 recorded at the General Registry in Crown Lands Book (Grant) No. 29 at folio 194, dated 1st October, 1974, TOGETHER with all buildings and erections standing and being thereon.

In the name of: BELIZE RECYCLING COMPANY LIMITED a company incorporated under the Laws of Belize with its registered office situate at Mile 13 Western Highway, Belize District, Belize.

HAS BEEN IRREVOCABLY LOST OR DESTROYED BY MISADVENTURE.

ANY PERSON in whose custody the TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE may be or who may have any objection to such issue is hereby requested to inform me of the fact.
