Organisers and delegates can be assured of a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere at the club. Set within the grounds of our golf course, the Oak Suite and Lounge Suite have wonderful views out over the course. Both rooms have an abundance of natural light, perfect for making sure all delegates get the best from their day.
We can offer conference or business meeting facilities at a fixed rate depending on which suite you require and the length of your visit, which includes coffee or tea on arrival, midmorning refreshments and a choice of lunch options to suit your requirements. Further refreshments are served in the afternoon, while the conference room can be set up as you wish. With the choice of a boardroom style arrangement as well as classroom, theatre and u-shape style arrangements.
We can supply various items of equipment such as flipcharts, microphone and projection equipment but, if you have special requirements, we would be happy to discuss those with you.
