the pGa Golf professional at West essex is Chris baron, who has become a very popular and wellrespected figure with our members since joining us in 2011 from Celtic manor.

Chris runs the Pro Shop located at ‘The West’ where you will find a wide range of golf clubs, accessories and apparel; catering for all fashions, tastes and ages. Major golf club brands in stock include Callaway, Ping, Titleist, Mizuno and Yonex. As well as the latest hardware, you can also look the part on the course with his vast selection of fashionable golf clothing from the likes of Hug Boss, Galvin Green, Oscar Jacobson, Footjoy, Under Armour and Rohnisch.

While Chris stores a comprehensive stock of equipment in the Pro Shop, he is also on hand to offer first-rate advice; whether you’re just beginning to learn golf, or you’re a seasoned player seeking to improve your game. Chris is also able to carry out a full repair service, while you can also hire pull trolleys, clubs and electric buggies, although booking in advance is advisable.
