From business meetings, seminars and workshops to weddings, parties and corporate functions, our experienced and courteous staff are here to provide a first class service to make it a day to remember.

WPSNA can cater for almost any occasion. Our functions and seminars coordinators will tailor your package to your own unique requirements. We regularly host:

Equipment can also be provided – such as flipcharts, projectors and screens and there is free Wifi available throughout the building.
Our rooms
• ‘Spinnakers’ our main function room with a capacity of up to 150 people seated banquet- style and 170 buffet-style with its own servery and bar. This room and the balcony are licensed for wedding ceremonies. It has a built- in projector and screen to ensure professional presentations and there is a large balcony boasting magnificent views across Portland Harbour, Weymouth Bay and beyond to the Jurrasic Coast.
• Event hall with a capacity of up to 250 people seated banquet style and 350 buffet style. It also includes a large bar and catering facilities.
• Large lecture/briefing room with a capacity of up to 70 people
• Medium lecture/briefing rooms with a capacity of up to 30 people
• Small lecture/meeting rooms with a capacity of 10-15 people Our produce is locally sourced, prepared and cooked by our top class catering team. The same attention to detail is given to all our menus, from a finger buffet to a large celebration banquet.

The Academy is the perfect place to host corporate functions or events. Situated overlooking some of the finest sailing waters in the world, with the stunning backdrop of the Jurassic Coast, we can guarantee a memorable experience for your staff and clients.
Corporate days run by WPNSA work so well because of the extensive facilities which are available both on water and on land. As well as the world-class sailing, the Academy is able to offer conference and meeting rooms and a fully-licensed restaurant and bar allowing you to combine work with pleasure. Whether you want to try dinghy sailing, experience big boat sailing at its most exciting or simply enjoy a leisurely cruise around the world-famous waters we can arrange a bespoke event which best suits your individual needs.
