HBC could not be more excited to host and partner with such extraordinary breweries and restaurants in our own neighborhood. Please take the time to meet the brewery representatives and ask them any questions you might have about the booming craft beer community in San Diego. Likewise, indulge in some of the finest restaurants and clubs that Hillcrest has to offer. We’ve partnered with local tech company Webble to provide help in guiding you through the crawl. Feel free to download their rad, free app and look for the HCBC logo next to participating businesses. We’ve also mapped out an HCBC Google map to help you find your way. Each participating business will have a yellow beer mug on the sidewalk outside of their establishment to help identify their location. Rey Knight, owner of Butcher’s Brewing started his career at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After 10 years on his culinary journey he started Knight Salumi Company.
