Overview

Home is where our light is. Part of Luminii’s power as a lighting solutions partner is our ability to make everyday spaces extraordinary.

Consider the project pictured (at left), a residence on Chicago’s Gold Coast. Featuring LineLED36, Kendo RS, Kendo S, and Kendo M, brilliance is now a household name for the inhabitants of this Windy City oasis.

Transformational Lighting for Homes

In the Atrium House, LED strips are featured in the kitchen to add ambient lighting and are used to add a warm backlight to the rails in the staircases. The bathroom utilizes vertical coves of LED strips reaching up to the skylight. The Atrium house is an AIA award winner and has been featured in the Design Bureau Magazine.

Chicago’s affluent Gold Coast plays host to a variety of residences from charming row houses to elegant high-rises. The residential LED lighting installed in this private suite is used to spotlight its unique features against the city skyline.

Connections in California

Twitter has grown from its humble origins into one of the most influential communication platforms of the modern era. Luminii used the Kendo M Wet to provide a modern look and welcoming glow for the skybridge at the company’s San Francisco, California, headquarters. This improvement gives Twitter a lighting system that fits its pedigree.

Slack is a collaboration hub that brings people, information, and tools together to make work simpler, more inspiring, and more productive. The Kendo M was used to light the unique configurations of each floor at the company’s San Francisco, California headquarters. The brilliant lighting design illuminated cracked earth ceiling patterns, private recessed nooks, and a spirited avantgarde recreation of Slack’s kaleidoscopic hashtag logo adorning the corridor walls.

The Royal Academy’s General Assembly Room in London is where the governing body convenes. Packed full of art and an architectural wonder itself, the building has been preserved by Luminii’s Precision Lighting using efficient and discreet solutions. Precision Lighting’s Basis Track fully illuminates the area while remaining hidden.

The Cincinnati Art Museum’s Art Climb Is a permanent installation featuring steps and landings leading up to the museum’s front entrance. Once visitors climb all 163 steps to the top of the staircase, they enjoy a panoramic view of Cincinnati’s scenic skyline. Over 450 feet, Art Climb emits an ethereal glow while guiding pedestrians to the museum’s treasures — all thanks to an ingenious lighting design specified with Luminii Products.
