HOUSING SERVICES ANNUAL REVIEW

Demand for Housing Services has continued to be high in 2014-15. We have increased the number of customers who received our help, households housed, property inspections and properties improved. Whilst changes in the way we work have resulted in a decrease in the number of phone calls received.
