Binus KG-E School is a school for Kindergarten through Elementary Class. The building is designed to a neo-vernacular architecture with a touch of betawi culture. adapted to near the site’s condition.

The mass of the building started from multiple rectangles that conjoined to one another and with an additive cube to the side, then leaves the inner part of the building to have a basic u-shaped building
The classrooms are spacious and well-lit, and the building is equipped with the latest technology to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, the building is designed to be eco-friendly

RUMAH KEBAYA
GIGI BALANG
The origin of the name Rumah Kebaya is used because the roof of the house from the side looks like a fold of kebaya.
The infamous ornament from betawi culture “gigi balang” is a decoration used to hang on to the tip of the roof, it is said to be a sign of protector from evil

EXPLODED ISOMETRY The project is designed by following the provisions in 4-Star Hotel standards. The hotel has exquisite complete facilities such as Ballroom, Gym, Spa, and Meeting Rooms. The hotel will also provide recreational area to utilize for the guests to use to support the impression of a resort

The hotel has 224 rooms. There are 3 types of room in the hotel; Superior, Deluxe Suite, Executive Suite. The Executive Suite has a separate bedroom, apart from its lounge.

The challenge of the site are the double entry points with each road in the hook section. The front balcony offers a stunning view from either into the house or outside of the house
