Luxury Real Estate Sales by the Florin Popescu Group is constantly monitoring the local real estate market. This report includes figures on our neighborhood by price point. At the end of last year and at the mid-year point for this year, I looked at the bigger picture, and evaluated the market conditions in a year over year format for the last three years, 2016 - 2018, and the year to date conditions for 2019.
