Challenge To keep pace with a rapidly evolving marketplace, the Client must constantly develop and implement new products and service. The success of these products and services, along with related marketing campaigns, depend heavily on the reliability and efficiency of the underlying technology. In order to ensure this high quality, frequent and thorough testing is required. The client has chosen to outsource this activity, which allows them to focus on their core competencies while leveraging the competencies of independent SQA (Software Quality Assurance) service providers.
