HOUSE RULES DEAR GUESTS, We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our house rules, so your stay with us would be as pleasant as possible. For all information, please contact the front desk. Each guest is obligated to check in at the front desk and submit an identity card or a passport and credit card number as a collateral. Documents will be returned to the guest after registration is completed and his/her name entered into our Guest Book. Rooms may be used only by dully registered persons who have checked in. Valuable and money may be placed in the safety deposit box in your room. Pets are allowed to stay in rooms but that service is subject to an extra charge. Guests are not allowed to keep neither easily flammable substances or explosives, nor substances of a strong and unpleasant odor in their rooms. Damaging room furnishings and taking it outside the room is forbidden. Please report all technical defaults, malfunctions and damage to the front desk staff. Guests are not allowed to enter the restaurant and other hotel premises in swimming costumes, pajamas and slippers, except in the spa. Please take a moment to read the evacuation plan in case of a fire hazard located on the inner side of your room door. Also, please notify the front desk staff immediately should you encounter a suspected fire hazard. Your minibar contains food and beverages. Please repost the products you have consumed when checking out, otherwise we will charge the cost to your credit card submitted during registration procedure. When using any hotel amenity, you must sign the appropriate form. Food and beverages are served according to the valid menu and drink list. Room service for food and beverages is available upon request according to the menu found in every room. The guest must leave the room before noon. If you wish to prolong your stay please notify the reception in a timely manner. Up until your departure baggage may be left in the wardrobe and baggage carrying service is not subject to extra charge. House rules and price lists may be denied to the guest in breach of these rules, especially if he/she is disturbing other guests. KUCNI RED P O ŠTOVA N I G O ST I , Želimo vas upoznati s našim kućnim redom kako bi vam boravak bio ugodan. Za sve vrste informacija na raspolaganju vam je recepcija Hotela. Svaki gost obvezan je osobnom iskaznicom ili putovnicom prijaviti svoj boravak na recepciji hotela te dati broj kreditne kartice kao jamstvo. Dokumenti će mu biti vraćeni nakon upisa u Knjigu gostiju. Sobu mogu koristiti osobe koje su je iznajmile i uredno se prijavile. Vrijedne stvari i novac možete pohraniti u sef koji se nalazi u sobi. Boravak kućnim ljubimaca u sobama dopušten je uz određenu naknadu. U sobu nije dopušteno unositi lako zapaljive i eksplozivne tvari, tvari s jakim ili neugodnim mirisom. Nije dopušteno uništavanje i iznošenje hotelskog inventara iz sobe. Sve eventualne tehničke nedostatke, kvarove i nastalu štetu molimo da prijavite na recepciji. SENSORI SPA ADMISSION Sensorí spa is open to Adriana hotel guests, Sunčani Hvar hotel guests and outside guests, space permitting. Sensorí spa terraces are available complimentary to all spa guests prior to their appointment. Please arrive 1 hour earlier to be able to enjoy the spa terraces. AMENITIES Personal amenities and toiletries are provided. Please bring your swimwear if you are using the pool facilities. CHECK-IN Please check-in at the Sensorí spa reception at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time. As part of our professional service, all guests will receive a personal health consultation on their first visit. CANCELATION POLICY A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment, subject to availability. Any cancellation within 24 hours prior to the treatment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Full charge will apply for “no-show”. ETIQUETTE To ensure that guests can enjoy a peaceful sanctuary of Sensorí spa we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum, cellular phones and electronic devices are not allowed. GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift Certificates for our spa treatments and products are available and are valid for 3 months. HOURS OF OPERATION Sensorí spa operates daily from 09:00-21:00. Last appointments are taken at 20:00 during the season. MINIMUM AGE Individuals 16 years of age and above are permitted to enter and use Sensorí spa facilities. PAYMENT We accept cash and all major credit cards. Prices include VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. REFUND POLICY All spa treatments, packages, products, memberships and spa guest day passes are nonrefundable or non-exchangeable once subscribed or purchased. SMOKING AND ALCOHOL Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within Sensorí spa is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is not advised before any spa treatment and may result in rescheduling, or cancelling your service. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant or have any other medical condition are advised to consult their doctor before using spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of your medical condition. VALUABLES We recommend that no jewelry be worn during your visit to Sensorí spa. Adriana hotel provides lockers in the changing room facilities and safe deposit boxes in your rooms as we are unable to take responsibility for lost items.

SENSORI SPA "AMENITIES" U Sensorí spa osiguravamo osobni higijenski i toaletni pribor. Molimo vas da ponesete kupaći kostim ako koristite bazen i prostore oko njega. Svim posjetiteljima sa zakazanim tretmanima osiguravamo korištenje ogrtača i papuče te također nudimo osvježavajuća pića u našoj sobi za odmor. DRAGOCIJENOSTI Ne preporučujemo nošenje nakita tijekom posijete Sensorí spa. Uprava Sensorí spa ne odgovara za ikakve izgubljene stvari, krađu ili oštećenje novca ili drugih dragocjenosti donesenih u prostore Sensorí spa. Spa nudi ormariće za odlaganje stvari. OTKAZIVANJE TERMINA Rok otkaza termina rezervacije je 24 sata. Svaki otkaz rezervacije unutar 24 sata biti će naplaćen otkaznim penalom od 50% od vrijednosti tretmana. Naplate pune cijene tretmana biti će primijenjene u slučaju ne dolaska na tretman. MINIMALNA STAROST Osobe od 16 godina starosti i više, dobrodošle su koristiti usluge Sensorí spa. PLAĆANJE Plaćanje je moguće gotovinom ili svim većim kreditnim karticama. Navedene cijene uključuju PDV. Cijene su podređene promijeni bez prethodne obavijesti. POKLON BONOVI Sensorí spa poklon kupone možete kupiti na recepciji spa. Poklon kuponi vrijede 3 mjeseca od kupnje. Također je moguće naručiti poklon kupone putem telefona 021 750 252 ili internetom preko elektroničke pošte sensori@suncanihvar.com.

POVRAT NOVCA Za sve spa tretmane, pakete, proizvode, članarinu, i dnevne ulaznice za spa nije moguć povrat novca, ne mogu se prenijeti na drugu osobu niti zamijeniti kada su jednom kupljeni ili pretplaćeni. PRAVILA PONAŠANJA Kako bi osigurali svim gostima uživanje u mirnoći Sensorí spa, lijepo Vas molimo da svi posjetitelji svedu buku na minimum. Uporaba mobilnih telefona te ostalih elektroničkih naprava nije dozvoljena. Zahvaljujemo na tišini! PRIJAVA Molimo Vas prijavite se za tretman na recepciji Sensorí spa barem 30 minuta prije zakazanog tretmana kako ne bi skratili vrijeme svog tretmana. Kao dio naše profesionalne usluge svakom gostu koji prvi puta posjećuje spa osiguravamo osobno savjetovanje o zdravlju kako bi što bolje mogli pristupiti vašem posjetu. PRISTUP Sensorí spa je otvoren za goste hotela Adriana, goste ostalih hotela Sunčanog Hvara te ostale goste grada, ovisno o trenutnoj popunjenosti spa. Gosti spa mogu bez naknade koristiti terase prije zakazanog tretmana. Molimo dođite sat vremena prije zakazanog tretmana kako bi mogli uživati u terasama Sensorí spa. PUŠENJE I ALKOHOL Pušenje i konzumiranje alkohola u prostorijama Sensorí spa je zabranjeno. Konzumacija alkohola nije preporučljiva prije spa tretmana te može rezultirati u premještanju ili otkazivanju termina. RADNO VRIJEME Svakim radnim danom od 09:00 do 21:00 sati. Zadnja prijava za tretman prima se do 20:00 sati tijekom sezone.
