HOUSE RULES We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our house rules, so your stay with us would be as pleasant as possible. For all information, please contact the front desk. Each guest is obligated to check in at the front desk and submit an identity card or a passport and credit card number as a collateral. Documents will be returned to the guest after registration is completed and his/her name entered into our operating system. Rooms may be used only by dully registered guests who have checked in. Valuables and money may be placed in the safety deposit box in your room. Dogs are allowed to stay only in designated rooms and are subject to breed and weight restriction. Pets are not allowed in any of the food & beverage outlets, pool and spa. Pets are subject to additional fees and accomodation charge. Guests are not allowed to keep neither easily flammable substances or explosives, nor substances of a strong and unpleasant odor in their rooms. Damaging room furnishings and taking it outside the room is forbidden. Please report all technical defaults, malfunctions and damage to the front desk staff. Guests are not allowed to enter the restaurant and other hotel premises in swimming costumes, pajamas and slippers, except in the spa. Please take a moment to read the evacuation plan in case of a fire located on the inner side of your room door. Also, please notify the front desk staff immediately should you encounter a suspected fire. Minibar is inclusive in your stay with exception of alcoholic bevegares. Any additional charging in a different outlets at the hotel will require signature. Room service for food and beverages is available upon request according to the menu found in every room. If you wish to extend your stay please notify the reception in a timely manner. Luggage storage is available on the day of departure. House rules and price lists may be denied to the guest in breach of these rules, especially if he/she is disturbing other guests. KUČNI RED Želimo vas upoznati s našim kućnim redom kako bi vam boravak bio ugodan. Za sve vrste informacija na raspolaganju vam je recepcija Hotela. Svaki gost obvezan je osobnom iskaznicom ili putovnicom prijaviti svoj boravak na recepciji hotela te dati broj kreditne kartice kao jamstvo. Dokumenti će mu biti vraćeni nakon upisa u Knjigu gostiju. Sobu mogu koristiti osobe koje su je iznajmile i uredno se prijavile. Vrijedne stvari i novac možete pohraniti u sef koji se nalazi u sobi. Psima je dopušten boravak samo u određenim sobama uz restrikcije veličine i vrste pasmine. Kućnim ljubimcima nije dopušten boravak u prostorijama restorana, barova, bazena i spa. Za pse dodatno naplaćujemo troškove boravka. U sobu nije dopušteno unositi lako zapaljive i eksplozivne tvari, tvari s jakim ili neugodnim mirisom. Nije dopušteno uništavanje i iznošenje hotelskog inventara iz sobe. Sve eventualne tehničke nedostatke, kvarove i nastalu štetu molimo da prijavite na recepciji. Gostima u kupaćim kostimima, pidžamama i kućnim papučama nije dopušten pristup u restoran i druge hotelske prostore, osim u Spa. U slučaju požara proučite plan evakuacije koji se nalazi na unutarnjoj strani vrata vaše sobe. Također, molimo da o eventualnom požaru odmah obavijestiti recepciju. Korištenje minibara je uključeno u cijenu s izuzetkom alkoholnih pića koja se naplaćuju. Sve ostale usluge koje su vam na raspolaganju u hotelu potrebno je ovjeriti svojim potpisom. Hrana i piće poslužuje se gostima prema važećem jelovniku i karti pića. Jelo i piće moguće je, na zahtjev, poslužiti u sobi prema cjeniku „Posluge u sobu“ koji se nalazi u svakoj sobi. Ako želite produžiti svoj boravak, molimo da o tome pravovremeno obavijestite recepciju. Na dan odlaska prtljaga se može ostaviti u garderobi hotela. Izvod iz kućnog reda i cjenik usluga nalaze se u svakoj sobi. Gostu koji se ne pridržava ovih odredbi, posebno u slučaju remećenja mira i reda, može se otkazati daljnje korištene usluga.
