Day 1: Arrival in Capetown. Your Russian speaking guide will be waiting for you at the airport and take you to your hotel. She will be at your side during the whole journey. In the afternoon, you will discover the most beautiful city in the southern part of Africa. The cable car will take you up to Table Mountain, where you will enjoy a breathtaking view on the city and its bay. Accommodation: Cape Grace (breakfast included)
Day 2: Full-day excursion to the cape peninsula. Enjoy the lovely botanic garden, the penguin colony and the famous Cape Point. Accommodation: Cape Grace (breakfast included)
Day 3: Explore the winelands and visit an old wine estate, where you can taste excellent South African wines
Day 4: In the morning your private PC12 is ready for boarding! Your journey goes on to Tswalu on the edge of the Kalahari Desert, where the well-known Oppenheimer family owns the largest private game farm in South Africa. Day 5: The whole day is reserved for game viewing. Relax at the pool and enjoy the African setting in magical colonial style between game drives.
Day 6: Today your private plane takes off to the Okavango delta in Botswana. The Khwai river makes up the core of this wildlife paradise. Waterbucks and antelopes, zebras and elephants wander slowly over the vast plains. From your private veranda you will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view over the Moremi game reserve. Day 7: You continue to discover the Okavango Delta in traditional canoes, motorboats or on foot. On a game drive after night fall you will be able to observe active night animals hunting and looking for food. Accommodation: Khwai River Lodge (full-board)
Day 8: Your next stop in Botswana is the Savute Elephant Camp, close to Chobe National Park. As a mighty tributary of the Zambesi, the Chobe conducts sufficient water throughout the year, and enormous herds of elephants gather here on the banks in order to swim across the river. We will see this breathtaking natural spectacle at close range from our boats. Accommodation: Savute Elephant Camp (full-board)
Day 9: Experience another full day of game viewing and relax at the cosy camp between the adventurous game drives. Accommodation: Savute Elephant Camp (full-board)
Day 10: Today your private plane takes you to the Victoria Falls, the largest waterfalls in the world, on the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. Here the Zambesi plummets over 100 metres into the depths.
Day 11: You will experience the falls via a small path along the constantly sprinkling waters and the unique tropical vegetation around. In the morning a helicopter will fly you through a narrow gorge close to the Zambesi river, showing you the falls from another breathtaking angle. Accommodation: Royal Livingston Hotel (full-board)
Day 12:
Last flight with your private PC12 back to Johannesburg, where your guide says good-bye.
