Luis R. Torres Cotto Prof. Nilsa Lugo EDPE 4018 – 001 Weekly Reflection #15 24-28 of November, 2014 This week was Thanksgiving week!. At school, it means having classes plus activities for our students allusive to the festivities. Sadly, I wasn't able to perform anything with my students. On Monday, when I stepped in the school I notice something strange with the Kindergarten students. I entered the office and saw the Kinder teacher very ill and dismissing the student, there I got informed that the teacher was going to leave for the entire week do to being severely sick. Teacher had almost no voice, symptoms she was presenting the week before. So the rest of the week, Tuesday and Wednesday, I spend it at my cooperating teacher classroom and doing activities. I carried out activities regarding the special project and managed to keep myself busy. I also helped and witnessed my other peers classes and activities of the week and felt happy that I at least got see it through somebody else's class. This week was a lot about teaching our students to be thankful for what they have and learning about the festivities of Thanksgiving. The week went slowly and a lot of students were absent, our teacher told us it usually happens and that students absences raise a lot towards this time of the semester. Me, as a teacher, wasn't able to do a lot because I couldn't meet my group but I still kept learning about everything. The practice is a time of never ending knowledge. We are always learning in our lives but at stages like our formative ones is when we absorb the most. I gathered the students

We always have to move and do everything with love and be thankful for what we have.
