What you’ll do
Maintain and operate the coal fired generating facility. Conduct preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance of all mechanical and electrical plant and equipment. Undertake diagnostics and corrective actions. Assist in plant start-up and shut-down Use computerised maintenance management systems to plan and coordinate work.
What you’ll need
Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Fitter) or equivalent. Proven performer with extensive maintenance experience in steam generation turbines and associated plant. Ability to understand technical information, drawings and engineering data. Relevant experience within the power generation or heavy industry field. Excellent communication skills.
