10 Ways To Get Motivated One Step at a Time

Often, we say that we feel "stuck" when we have a lack of motivation or things are not working how we want them to. I believe that we are never truly stuck, we have simply stopped. Here are 10 steps to get unstuck and stay motivated no matter what life throws at you! Take a step. It might even feel like a step back in the moment, but a step will lead you into a new direction. The smallest of steps in any direction will get you on the move again and will lead you to where you are meant to be. Not doing anything at all is the worst part looking at what’s next. If you have lost a pound, got a better grade at school, made progress in communication with a relationship—all these things should be celebrated! Give out good energy. If you are feeling down, the best way to change your mood is to give to someone else and radiate good energy.
