Tickets start at $500. Tables start at $5,500.
This special event highlights South Florida’s culinary excellence by featuring the finest chefs who present an epicurean three-course meal tableside for only the twelve guests at the table.
Guests will be welcomed into a grand cocktail party to enjoy spirits, fine wines, and passed hors d’oeuvres. Following the reception, guests will move to the ballroom for the threecourse, bespoke meal presented tableside. The ‘surprise and delight’ is not knowing the culinary talent or special menu designated at the table in advance.
A stage program along with a live and silent auction will take place during dinner.
A lavish dessert buffet filled with sweet treats by premier pastry chefs and gourmet brands concludes the evening. Guests can choose to enjoy the sweets at their table or take them to-go in a special dessert box.
Proceeds from this spectacular night will support the Diabetes Research Institute at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

Founded in 1971 by parents of children with type 1 diabetes in search of a cure, the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation (DRIF) was built on the belief that the combined forces of science and philanthropy could achieve the bold vision of a world without diabetes...and that is precisely where we are headed!

Thanks to critical funding by the DRIF, the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI) has become one of the largest and most comprehensive research centers devoted solely to preventing and curing diabetes, as both go hand-in-hand.

As the only research institute combining immune modulation, beta cell biology, and regenerative medicine expertise under one roof, we facilitate seamless collaboration, accelerate the pace of discovery, and translate the most promising advances into actionable clinical research without delay – from bench to bedside.
