The horiZonechef induction hob is the latest innovation of the horiZonetech range. It pushes the limits yet again of the free zone. This unique concept of fl exible space has 4 different cooking modes available and offers unlimited confi gurations. With horiZonechef, you will experience a unique culinary experience:

◆ In Solo Mode The cooking space turns into a unique zone. A single setting for power and cooking time enables you to cook large amounts of the same preparation type, for example several grilled meats at the same time.

◆ In Duo Mode The space is divided into two independent free zones of 40x23cm. You set the power and cooking time for each zone. This is ideal to cook a large-volume dish on one side and leave side dishes to simmer in small recipients on the other side.

◆ In Trio Mode The space is broken up into three distinctive zones including one free zone of 40x23cm. For each area, you select a temperature and cooking time. For instance, you can sear or fry in a large utensil, cook vegetables in a casserole and keep a sauce warm in another.

◆ In Quattro Mode The cooking space is shared into four autonomous zones. You set a different power and cooking time for each zone. You can thus cook one, two, three or four dishes as you choose, using 16 to 23cm utensils in diameter. ◆ Recipient-Recognition:
