Red Zone training event with BBV on HS2

Lynch joined Balfour Beatty Vinci (BBV) at HS2 Long Itchington for a two day, all-things-safety event!

We were joined by over 300 Operators, Managers, and Site Personnel for a complete Red Zone training session with Director Rob Lynch. This focused on safety and highlighted the importance of safe working around plant, and around machinery including a 360 Excavator, and a Hydrema.

This was followed by an Incident Free Environment Talk from Operator Trainer Chris Kent, about the importance of following toolbox talks, RAMS and safe systems of work, and

the consequences of cutting corners and being unsafe.

These training sessions were completed in small groups of 30. The two-day event focused on everything safety, ensuring that every single one of those 300 men and women would get home safe at the end of the day.
