The recent rally of the stock market has made high-end luxury buyers slightly less eager to reallocate their investments into “trophy properties�. Despite a slower market for the high end, there’s still a steady stream of showings and offers. But timing the market is hard to predict and with inventory expected to remain low, the outlook for real estate in San Diego continues to look sunny.�

We started out this year with a strong carry over from 2016, then things were quiet for a good part of the summer. Towards the end of the 3rd quarter, things started to heat up again. Right now pricing has remained strong which should once again carry over to 2018.â&#x20AC;?
