This is the first architectural design project I undertook upon officially joining an architectural firm. The client requested multiple facade proposals, and my task was to design the facade aesthetics.
Facade Design for Sunbird Construction Company Residential Complex / Taoyuan City, Taiwan
This project involved designing the façades of a townhouse community for a private construction company. The client expressed a strong interest in the design of the columns, so we explored various design options at that time.
Planning and Design for Taoda Construction Collective Housing / Taoyuan City, Taiwan
In this project, I collaborated with the lead architect from a renowned Taoyuan design firm to plan the residential floor layouts, prepare the urban design review report, and apply for the building permit.
Report on the Construction of the 1,600-Bed Dormitory at Chung Yuan Christian University's New
Campus

In response to changes in the environment and a long-standing shortage of dormitory beds, this project aims to enhance the univ ersity's internationalization by increasing the enrollment of international students. The construction of large-scale dormitories is planned to address the ongoing shortage of student housing.
Throughout the project, we held preparatory meetings with the working group. Later on, we invited relevant departments and staff to join discussions. This approach allowed us to gather various ideas and collaboratively create a suitable architectural plan.
Planning and Design Service for the Taoyuan Cultural Affairs Bureau's "Phase IV Restoration and Adaptive Reuse of the Lü Family Abode ZhucunTang, Bade" Project / Taoyuan City, Taiwan
Focused on Lü Residence’s Zhun Hall in Bade District, Taoyuan City, this project links nearby historical buildings to enhance local culture and support cultural development in the area. Our firm was commissioned by the Taoyuan City Government to convert this space into the Bade Local Education Center and produce a report on the project.
In this project, my role involved measuring the existing building and cataloging any remaining artifacts. I also worked on incorporating the architect's proposed exhibition areas into the current plans, sought vendor quotes, and prepared the budget report.

Planning and Design for the New Construction of Tsio Hai Waldorf Kindergarten / Hsinchu County, Taiwan
This project involved designing a new kindergarten for the Tsio Hai Waldorf Education Institution. The client desired a single-story, spacious building that would connect seamlessly with the outdoor spaces.
In this project, my role included overall architectural design, space planning, compliance with regulations and area analysis, creation of architectural drawings, and the application for the building permit
The large lawn at the site entrance provides a space where children can engage in various physical activities.
The sandpit and garden area beside the classrooms offer opportunities for play and learning.
The large floor-to-ceiling windows and ample indoor space create a comfortable and nonrestrictive learning environment.
Tai Yuen Hi-Tech Industrial Park Phase VIII Project, Construction Drawing Planning for W Building (B2F to RF) / Hsinchu County, Taiwan
Taiyuen Hi-Tech Industrial Park largest privately-developed technology park in Taiwan, developed in phases. The park features mainly high-tech factory and office buildings. I joined CHUNG-LIN General Contractors at the start of the 8 phase and was responsible for drafting the structural construction drawings for Building W.
In this project, I was stationed on-site, where I was primarily responsible for drafting construction drawings, coordinating with contractors to resolve construction issues, and ensuring that the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems did not conflict with the building structure.
Before drafting the construction floor plans, I hand-drew perspective views to clarify the structural relationships.
During the period when I was involved in the construction drawings for the building structure, I frequently visited the construction site to verify the structural details and learn about the various construction processes.

Tai Yuen Hi-Tech Industrial Park Phase IX Project - Construction Drawing Planning for Y Building (B2F to 14F)

Continuing from the previous phase, my work in the 9 phase involved translating the architect's design drawings into detailed construction plans, coordinating with contractors on-site to resolve construction issues using the drawings, ensuring that the MEP systems did not conflict with the building structure, and meeting the client's construction requirements.

This public social housing project is expected to include 960 units, including studio apartments, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom types, with special units planned for people with disabilities. The project will use 'aluminum formwork' and 'integrated bathrooms' for standard floors to reduce construction costs and time
From January to July of 2024, I was transferred to the headquarters' Construction Department, where I worked on creating BIM models for the raft foundation part of the project and simultaneously produced construction drawings. As this was a government-funded project, I was required to coordinate between public departments, architects, and the construction site in my role as the Project Team Leader.
