You are going to have the sweetest money mindset ever! In order to get the most from this training, I ask that you will dedicate some time to completing this workbook. Forgive the person/memory/experience. Use the mantra, “I forgive you, I release you” and say it out loud for each one. 13

Decide your repayment plans. What is a reasonable amount to pay back, how often?

List your money blocks (from pages 6-14). Process and Release. I recommend recognising them, just allow yourself to process them and feel into them and then let them go. Meditation is amazing for this.

What are your desires? Do you believe you are worthy of those desires? Break them down into 1 month, 3 months, 6 months.

Time to reframe your old beliefs! Go back to Page 6 and look at your beliefs. List any others that you have today. Turn them into a positive mantra. E.g. The belief that “I can’t afford that…” would become “I always have enough money for all of my desires” Google money and abundance affirmations. There’s lots on You Tube. Detail your expenditure. List the item and the amount. Total everything. Look at all your statements, online accounts, Paypal etc. What can you change? What needs to be cancelled? I use Numbers on my iMac to record mine.
