01 Meaning of design hotels
What is the hotel design ? Meaning of Hotels
an establishment providing accommodation, meals, and other services for travellers and tourists.
Bouteque hotels is:
a small stylish hotel, typically one situated in a fashionable urban location.
Site analysis 02
Location It’s located in Neom future city, KSA I chooed this location because Neom city is going to be an attractive city in the world, and a lot of visitors are going to visit it.
Sun analysis The sun is going to affect the building from long right side, including the offices, meeting room in business lounge, BOH and services, and a part of the restaurant in the ground floor plan, gestrooms that facing the mountain in the moring and the rest in the sunrise time, the recreational area will affected from the entertainment center and cafe area, also the roof will have the whole time affected by the sun.
Wind analysis The building is facing all types of wind that Saudi Arabia has, from the northeast there is the summer wind that affect the builing includind all areas locaten in the right lone side of the building, and the South-weat direction that has the winter wind will affect the intrance and the rest of the builiding, all areas are surrounded by trees to have a wind-beak to protect the building form the strong winds.

Recycle water Toilets have minimizing fixtures use recycled water for toilets . It reduced potable desalinized water consumption by 69%,
Using technology sensor system - Adding senser for all type of light, air conditions, and electronnic devices. - Using LED lights.
Maximizing Daylight Open large windows and having outdoor entertainment area.
Sustainability - Using a lot of green areas. - Using plant speacily wall plant. - Keep all spaces refreshed by green plants.
05 Technology Meaning of technology Technology is the source of many environmental and social problems, but it is also key to addressing environmental degradation, climate change, food scarcity, waste management and a host of other modern challenges. Why Neogro hotel has technology system ? Technology is part of Neogro hotel, because it inspire from the characteristic of Neom city. Because Neom is going to be a technology city, so the hotel will follow the same idea of that.
Keypads that control the music and lighting, shower walls with an instant frosting option, and iPads that provide concierge service from the comfort of the room. Small size of our room was totally overcompensated by the many high-tech conveniences and the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff. Having a personalised iPad and smartphone available for use outside the hotel.
Advances in technology will make LED light fixtures even more applicable for parking lots, covered decks and around the building perimeter while using less energy than traditional high intensity discharge (HID) sources. In fact, many hotels have already made the switch to outdoor LED lighting, including Marriott at its company headquarters.
Technology for door locks will be solutions that streamline the check-in process to benefit both hoteliers and guests, and as door lock technology continues to advance they will incorporate more user-friendly and robust technologies.
