Applied permaculture and bio-intensive farming techniques at community farm sites throughout West Oakland. Taught groups of volunteers about the principles of urban farming. WOODLAND FARM | HORTICULTURE + DESIGN INTERN | LOUISVILLE, KY Conducted research and produced design projects focused on expanding sustainable agriculture practices. Projects included a farm-wide rainwater harvesting system, a mobile chicken-coop, and the redesign of a dilapidated smokehouse.
