MARENOSTRUM FESTIVAL EDM, electronic & house music festival 3

Touring Marenostrum Xperience festival has been held in Valencia since 2014 and has been regarded as one of the best electronic music festivals in Spain, where international DJ’s play for thousands of people for 2 days. Thanks to the “Xperience” concept, the festival has expanded all the activities included, as it is not only about dancing but also of combining sea, fun and sport for revelers from all over the world. The Techno stage was equipped with a Lynx Pro Audio system consisting of a line array of 20 LX-V12 enclosures, flying 10 units per channel. For the front fill, eight LX-V8 units were stacked in combination with the subwoofer reinforcement, an alignment of 26 LX-218S enclosures and the LX318C cardioid, all distributed evenly in front of the stage.

Morat touring in Uruguay Montevideo, Uruguay Morat made his appearance for the first time in Uruguay at the Montevideo Summer Theater. There are many concerts of national and international artists. This one was organized by the technical team of Ganzúa Productions. Morat made his leap to fame thanks to his song Como te atreves, which was ranked number one in Spain and from there he made the leap to the rest of Latin America. Morat is a Latin pop group from Colombia that was born in 2015. It has four members and they are around 22 years old. Paulina Rubio discovered them and offered them to record an album.

Montevideo, Uruguay

Pablo Alborán playing in Montevideo Lynx Pro Audio systems are placed in the Summer Theatre “Ramón Collazo” in Uruguay, where famous artists perform, thanks to Ganzua Touring The famous Spanish singer Pablo Alborán performed last April 2018 in Montevideo, Uruguay. The concert was held at the Summer Theatre “Ramón Collazo”, one of the most important entertainment venues in the city, for its location and unique architecture. Montevideo was one of the stops of the “Tour Prometo 2018” of Pablo Alborán, a tour that has beven carried out through several Latin America countries, as well as Spain since February. This tour has been one of the most wanted of the hispanic music scene, since the Singer has a lot of followers in Spanishspeaking countries.

Lynx Pro Audio was present thanks to the technical team of Gánzua CPMU, who were in charge of assembling the different audio systems in the stage. Specifically, Juan Lujambio has been the engineer in charge of assembling the different systems they used to sound the stage: The main system contains a line of 24 LX-V12 cabinets, placing 12 on each side of the stage; 12 LX-318C making a physical bow and 3 LX-318C flown in the center of the stage. Three LX-V12 have been placed in the front fill system, while 12 LX-V8 have

been placed in the outfill system, 6 on one side and 6 on the other. 8 LX-V8 (4 per side) and 4 LX-218s (2 per side) have been used for the sidefill system. The sound system has been placed like this to offer the best sound experience to the viewers. High performance autoamplified line array with integrated DSP have been used. These array belong to the LX-Series, developed specially for management teams, concert halls, auditoriums, outdoor events and large stadiums.

STRANDFIEBER FESTIVAL Bockhorn, Germany The Strandfieber Festival a big Electro Party held in Goldenstedt (Germany) organized by Multimedia M&E GmbH. For the summer 2017 edition, they mounted three stages using Lynx Pro Audio line arrays LX-V12, LX-V8 and LX-F6. These are some of the Deejays who mixed for this party: Bassjackers, DANNIC, EDX, Loudgarden, Vol2Cat, Mark Bale, Steve Norton, David Puentez, Housedestroyer, LOVRA, Chris Packer, Ron Rockwell and others.

SHEILA ON 7 SHOW IN INDONESIA Surabaya, Indonesia Last 14th of October the famous band Sheila on 7 performed at Jatim Fair 2018 in Surabaya, Indonesia. The main stage was equipped with Lynx Pro Audio’s professional sound systems provided by Melodia Production, the main distributor of Lynx Pro Audio in Indonesia.

They have launched eight studio albums with high impact and have been nominated and awarded several times at Indonesian Music Awards, Indonesian Choice Awards and more. They have more than 456.000 followers on Instagram and 182.000 on Facebook.

Rudy Winarto, the CEO of Melodia Production had the chance to speak with Eross Candra, the guitarrist and leader of the group, after the performance at Jatim Fair stage with our Lynx Pro Audio systems.

Candra stated: “I found the whole GXR system, especially the GXR-12 monitor amazing. WONDERLAND FESTIVAL Cologne, Germany During mid August the Wonderland Festival was held in Cologne, Germany. More than 10,000 people gathered in 8,000 square meters in the heart of Cologne to enjoy this EDM, house & techno music festival. The aesthetic of the festival is based on the story of Alice in Wonderland. Lynx Pro Audio took care of the main stage: Future Stage, with its professional audio systems. 8 LX-V12 on each side of the stage and 16 LX-318C systems at the FOH.

Besides, 2 LX-218S cabinets and 4 additional LX-F6 by side were used as stage monitors. LX Series have been designed as versatile line arrays, offering high levels of SPL and sound clarity with an unbeatable set-up time. LX-V12 and LX-F6 are full range cabinets whilst the LX-318C and LX-218S are the sub-bass option, with an exceptional power to size ratio and with easy rigging options.

In this stage performed the following world recognised EDM artists: Firebeatz, Le Shuuk, Switch Off, Tiefblau, Fabian Farell and Danth. Some of these DJ’s have performed at festivals of great international fame, such as the World Club Dome. According to the organizers, just by following the river Rhine and the sound of music you could reach the festival, which could be heard kilometers away.

SEO-GU HEALING ART FESTIVAL Daejeon, South Korea Seo-gu Healing Art Festival is held during three days in May in Daejeon, South Korea. It has a huge stage for the many shows that take place during the festival. A lot of people attend this event so powerful sound is needed in stage. That’s the reason Soundphile, our official korean distributor, has chosen the GXR series line arrays and subwoofers.

The combination of the GXR-LA10A hanging on both sides of the stage with GXR-D15A and GXR-D18A for the low frequencies reinforcement, make a really powerful combo. The GXR-LA10A is a self-powered, biamplified, two-way, class D enclosure that delivers high power levels from a very compact format. This system is very easy to use and control without the need for any external amps.

The system has been designed to be simple to install/use and every care has been taken to incorporate easy rigging hardware, that’s why it’s a perfect solution for touring and stage performances. This festival displays the recent trends and is a festival with various art and culture programs.

Beer Festival: “Semana de la cerveza” Paysandú, Uruguay Beer Festival is celebrated since 1996 in the city of Paysandú, Uruguay. This festival is one of the most famous events in the country and is held in the Amphitheater of Uruguay River. In the surroundings of the Amphitheater, a fair with 250 stands, a food court, a beer square and an amusement park is installed. It has a capacity for 20 thousand people and thanks to its acoustic and

architectural properties each year it is renewed as the central stage of Paysandú Beer Festival. Ganzúa Producciones has been commissioned to carry out this installation and its technical team has decided that the professional sound systems of Lynx Pro Audio were the perfect solution for this venue. A total of 48 line arrays LX-V12 and 10 subwoofers LX-318C have been installed.

In the main field (PA) 24 LX-V12 were flown, divided into 12 LX-V12 placed on the right and left side of the stage, to cover most of the audience. In addition, 10 subwoofers LX-318C have been flown on each side of the stage to cover the low frequencies. In the side fill, another 24 line arrays have been placed, divided into 12 LXV12 on each side facing outwards to reinforce the PA sound.

MARINA BEACH CLUB

Valencia, Spain Located in Marina Real Juan Carlos I, Valencia, the Marina Beach Club is fast becoming one of the trendiest , go-to spots in the city. Boasting a restaurant, swimming pool, stage, club, lounge and a number of bars, the venue is ideal for those wanting to relax during the day or dance to deep house music in the evening as the sun sets.

With such a prime location and an incredible range of facilities available to the guests, the management wanted to ensure that the audio set-up was equally impressive.

The entire Marina Beach complex was installed with Lynx Pro Audio’s Ionic column loudspeakers, along with products from QB series and HR series.

With this in mind, a Lynx Pro Audio system was chosen to enhance the whole venue and provide the perfect atmosphere.

The restaurant, which overlooks the picturesque beach and Mediterranean sea, has the capacity for over 100 guests and offers both traditional Mediterranean, as well as Tatami Japanese food.

The Ionic-100 was chosen for the dancefloor due the need for a truly directional system, avoiding spill in to the other areas and directing the sound exclusively to the dancefloor. The Ionic-100 also delivers the high SPLs required at the club, as the system only lose 3 dB with the increasing distance, directing the sound straight to the guests, without exceeding the permitted sound levels. Elsewhere, in the chill-out area, which is located in front of the swimming pool where waiters serve cocktails and the guests can lie down in the shade after a swim, a further six Ionic-50 column loudspeakers were installed to create relaxing vibe. The combination of a visually stunning location, exceptional facilities and a highquality sound system, the Marina Beach Club will continue to rise in popularity.

OH MY CLUB Most elegant club in Madrid Madrid, Spain Oh My Club, a space called to become the new fashion store in the center of Madrid. MYA CLUB Most elegant nightclub in Valencia Valencia, Spain MYA is a nightclub with an elegant concept located in El Umbracle, near the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, one of the most beautiful spots of the city. MYA is defined as a contemporary and distinguished space for nightly entertainment. MYA is placed in a privileged area, with a terrace at l’Umbracle, allowing its customers to glimpse the city while sitting on the sofas or drinking a glass of wine. The club has three different rooms with a capacity of 2000 people and in each one of them different music styles are offered: in the main room predominates EDM music, in the lobby you can hear latin rhythms, and in the “BEATS room” offers hip-hop mixed with reggaeton. JERUSALEM CLUB Valencia, Spain In the heart of the city of Valencia is the Jerusalem Club, one of the most popular halls of the Valencian night and perhaps the most musically diverse throughout its long night-life history. Housed in an Art Deco building, this venue opened as silent cinema in 1928 and continued its activity as a cinema until 1985. After being closed for a few years reopened its doors in the early 90’s as a dance hall and nightclub. Since then Jerusalem Club has been maintaining its activity until becoming a seductive concert hall, with a privileged location in the center of Valencia. This is a large club oriented today to people looking forward to listening to good music, old and new. That’s why one of their main activities are the concerts, with bands immersed in small format tours or even tribute bands, a formula very well received among fans of live music. The club is distributed on two

SPANISH PUBS Oh La La Music & Bar, Liceo & Gabanna Eat, drink & party Albacete’s pubs are unique because they adapt their offer throughout the day. During light hours, people gathers there to drink and eat tapas both inside and outside. When evening arrives, they transform into pubs with neon colors and music for all tastes. Both Oh La La Music & Bar and Liceo are placed in Concepción Street, one of the most crowded streets in the center of Albacete. Near them, in Tejares street, you can find Gabanna CopasBar, which is another pub during night and restaurant during the day.

AKUARELA CLUB Valencia, Spain Akuarela Playa opens every summer in the city of Valencia (Spain) to make the evenings more special. This club, which is located in front of Malvarrosa’s beach (a famous beach in Valencia), offers its customers three different musical styles, each one separated by a specific area. Akuarela Playa or Akuarela Beach is one of the most mythical clubs in Valencia. Thanks to its location and its sea views, both the music and the summer atmosphere invite you to relax and enjoy. JAGGER CLUB Valencia, Spain Jagger Club is a venue located in the center of Valencia and it’s know for its cocktails and music taste. With a capacity to host 1400 guest on 2 dance floors with an outdoor terrace placed on our rooftop Publik nightclub is a product formed from years of experience, vision and passion for nightlife.

This venue required excellent sound quality and was provided by Lynx Pro Audio, installing 4 HR-1596/7 and 4 HR-1596/5 cabinets; and HR-18/6 subwoofers for the low frequencies.

With its art deco interior and strong focus on a great club experience this is a nightclub to visit when in town. The main goal has always been solid and clear: offer a nightclub that meets international standards.

Facing the dance floor is where you find the very popular VIP section. Here you can go all in and party like it’s 1929 while feeling the vibe from the state of the art sound system.

The main floor is what you would call open format but dominated by EDM, new club bangers and classic dance hits. For those nostalgics of 80’s and 90’s hits there’s the “Party Floor”, next to the main floor. Fun for everybody!

MRS SIPPY BALI Bali, Indonesia Mrs Sippy Bali is a cool pool party venue that’s just off the main Petitenget street in Seminyak, and is right between the Potato Head Beach Club and Alila Seminyak.

This venue is the latest holiday hotspot, a melting pot for locals and international travellers who occupy the abundance of day beds while sipping expertly shaken cocktails.

Lynx Pro Audio’s systems were required for the “Pacha Ibiza on Tour” party that was held at Mrs. Sippy and was one of the most exciting parties that the venue has organised.

Host to the islands biggest saltwater swimming pool with 1, 3 and 5 meter diving platforms, good times are encouraged through their entertainment calendar of international DJ’s spinning tropical island vibes until late every day.

Mallorca, Spain Set in the heart of Calvia Beach, Mambo’s Terrace is the focal point of Mallorca’s party scene. The club basks in the summer sun while the DJ’s play the songs that will form your summer soundtrack. This terrace has 14 HR-28 cabinets, 12 DR-N12 subwoofers and 6 Ionic-100 surrounding the whole venue to make sure sound is provided everywhere. In additon, 2 HR-28 and one HR-18/6 were installed as monitors. Mambo’s is a great spot to spend your evenings enjoying a drink in the open air on Magaluf’s biggest terrace. There is also an enclosed bar area where you can go inside and carry on dancing the night away.

BACHUS Lounge and Club Alesund, Norway The Bachus Lounge and Club offers a dance floor prepared to make dance everybody, and also a relaxing lounge with comfortable sofas. The club is equipped with different Lynx Pro Audio systems specially selected for each ambiance. The dance floor is equipped with a DS system, including 4 units of the Horn loaded cabinets DS-12 in combination with other 4 units of the extremely high power sub-woofers DS18S. The 4 cabinets DS-12 are flown from the ceiling and the subwoofers are strategically hidden.

The lounge is a more relaxing area where the sofas are the centre of the ambience. For this space the club installs 10 cabinets HR-26 evenly distributed around this area, including 2 sub units HR-18/6 to reinforce the low frequencies. All the amplification is done using HPX-12000, RS2-3600 and RS2-1000 amps from Lynx Pro Audio, with a digital audio management for each ambience, ARK-2024 controlling the lounge audio system and ARK-7028 controlling the dance floor DS system.

MULTISPORT VECHTEHALLE Schüttorf, Germany Multisport Hall, house of the German Bundesliga Schüttorf Volleyball club. The club’s own Holmers-Kamp Stadium on Salzbergener Straße, which is managed by the city of Schüttorf, holds 5,000 spectators. It has a 120-seat covered grandstand and floor braces on all sides of the course. In 1991, the first football pitches were inaugurated, the official opening of the “Schüttorf Sports Park” took place in 1995. The sound reinforcement of the whole venue has been done with ADP-12 powered cabinets to offer the maximun cover during matches. As a recreational sports club , FC Schüttorf 09 offers badminton , archery , boules , football , handball , karate , swimming , table tennis , volleyball , gymnastics , water polo as well as numerous fitness, health and rehabilitation sports courses . With 43 teams form the handball players next to the footballers, the largest department of the club.

FUENTE DE SAN LUÍS SPORTS HALL Valencia, Spain On June 16 Valencia Basket won their first ACB League with Lynx Pro Audio systems providing the club with the sound for this sporting achievement. The Fuente de San Luis arena is the home of Valencia Basket and the sound system in the stadium is exclusively Lynx Pro Audio with the Spanish maufacturer providing the sound for every match during the 2016-2017 season. Local sound & video company, Sonovideo has been in charge of the technical part for the complete season, ensuring that the Fuente de San Luis

provided a spectacular atmosphere, not to mention sound for all the spectators. The Lynx Pro Audio equipment installed in the stadium is flown over two sections of VMB truss structure hanging from the roof and coinciding with the central area of the court and located above the video marker. On the truss there are 8 arrays flown with a total of 12 LX-V8 and 16 CXA-12 line array enclosures used. The arrangement of the boxes consists of 2 different line array series. On the one hand there are four groups of CXA-

12 with three boxes per array that cover the two sides of the court. On the other hand there are four groups of LX-V8 with 3 enclosures per array that cover the farthest tiers located behind the baskets. Both systems are high output, self-powered line array enclosures with built-in DSP and FIR technology, ideal for installation projects. ARK digital processors, also manufactured by Lynx Pro audio were used for control and to ensure the perfect operation of the entire system.

L’ ALQUERÍA DEL BASKET

Valencia, Spain

Next to the pavilion of the Fuente de San Luis, in Valencia (Spain), rises the biggest installation of Europe for a basketball youth team: “L’Alqueria del Basket”. This spectacular pavillion opened in 2016 by the champion of the last Endesa League and last Super Cup. The enclosure, of 15,000 m² of surface and 18 million euros of cost, lodges 13 courts (9 covered and four outdoors), with a last generation parquet, three changing rooms per track, and all the complementary equipments for training 500 boys and girls and give support to professional teams, male and female, of the Valencia Basket Club.

LUANDA ARENA Roller Hockey World Cup Luanda, Angola The construction of the Luanda Arena was linked to the organisation of a first-class sporting event: The Roller Hockey World Cup, hosted by Angola. Located on the Angolan capital, the new multisport stadium has a seating capacity for 13.000 spectators and a park car for 800 vehicles.

The Luanda Arena has hosted numerous games of the Roller Hockey World Cup, including the final. 16 cabinets LX-V8 have been used for the P.A. of the World Cup games. These line arrays cabinets were flown over the corners, in clusters of 4 units per array.

Oxygene Sportscenter Pau, France Oxygene Sportscenter is a sports center mastering Les Mills training, with more than 20 years of experience. It is formed by several areas and activities: fitness, athletic, zen and aquatic areas are available. Oxygene is a unique space in the city of Pau, having the largest studios dedicated to group lessons and biking designed to preserve everyone’s physical integrity. It also has the latest generation cardio training for individual training. With a beautiful design, equipped with lights and outstanding sound quality for the classes.

The Ionic-50 cabinets provide sound for several areas. These cabinets have a very low weight providing easy set ups in fixed installation as well as easy transport for portable applications.

Spain Urban Planet Jump is a trampoline park managed and designed by sports specialists. In its facilities you can find a sea of trampolines together with wide range of activities.

All these professional sound systems belong to the QB series. However, the new venues have BS-8 enclosures instead of QB8, as they are new and improved.

This park promotes family leisure, being appropriate for all ages. Here you can experience acrobatics, adrenaline and sports in a healthy environment. They organise several activities with a musical background that changes according to each activity.

The venue in Sagunto is the largest indoor family leisure center in Spain. In its 4450 square meters there are up to 30 QB-8 and 16 QB-5 to give maximum coverage to all the jumping areas. QB-8 and QB-5 enclosures are designed for sound reinforcement in all types of installation projects.

Urban Planet has more than 20 venues in several cities in Spain and are very popular amongst young people. SHANGHAI ORIENTAL SPORTS CENTER Shanghai, China The 2019 Super Penguin Celebrity Game has been successfully held in Shanghai by Tencent Sports, one of the most powerful live-streaming sports platforms in China. Famous NBA Manu Ginobili and Tony Parker joined hands with Li Chen, Zheng Zheng, Xiao Jingteng and Yan Aaron, among other celebrities. They prepared a basketball game for the audience. The event was supported by Lynx Pro Audio professional sound equipment, installed by Beijing Xi Ya Linke Trading Co. Ltd, official distributor in China. Let’s take a look at the audio configuration of the Shanghai Oriental Sports Center: The PA is made up of 32 line array LX-V12, flown in groups of 8 cabinets on both sides of the stadium. In addition, 16 line array GXR-LA10A on the other side of the stadium, distributed in groups of 8 cabinets by each side. Around the basketball court there are several LX-318C subwoofers for the reinforcement of the low frequencies of the entire venue.

Sports venues The Super Penguin Celebrity Game, held at Shanghai Oriental Sports Center, is composed of a basketball reality show and a basketball game. The basketball reality show involves 32 entertainment stars, which are divided into 16 teams. The game ended at 4556, winning the Red Force team over Blue Energy team. Ye Zhou, who scored 12 points, won the MVP with his excellent performance. Around 490 million people, more than one-third of the Chinese population, watched the basketball league’s latest 2018-19 season games on Tencent-affiliated platforms.

ROAD FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP Daejeon, South Korea The Road Fighting Championship (Road FC), a South Korean championship based on mixed martial arts (MMA), was held in the South Korean city of Daejun. 12 combats for the Road FC 50 were celebrated in the Daejeon Chungmu Gymnasium. In the event, the powerful GXR line array sound systems guaranteed a better sound quality in order to transmit the fights, the music, the explanations throughout the venue. The company in charge of the installation has been Soundphile, our official distributor in South Korea. While the combats in the octagon followed one another, several GXR-LA10A systems and GRR-D18A subwoofers were flown around. The Road FC has been held 38 times since 2010, with a total of 456 MMA bouts in South Korea, Japan and China. More than 300 athletes from around the world have signed contracts with Road FC. These events are broadcast in more than 50 countries, on 12 television channels and on streaming platforms such as YouTube.

Louisiana, USA Houses of worship are part of our installations. U.S Army has the Fort Polk Main Chapel placed in Louisiana. This chapel has worship services, religious education and events related such as weddings, holiday services, baptisms and family life counseling. It has special worship services for catholic, contemporary, traditional, protestant, jewish, islamic and others. In addition, there is a special women ministry, very common in many military chapel communities. Lynx F6 systems are used into the Fort Polk Chapel in order to get the best experience in their religious ceremonies.

Santa Ana Church Seville, Spain The Royal Parish of Santa Ana of Seville is a parochial church of Gothicstyle, whose construction began in the late thirteenth century. It is located in the neighborhood of Triana and is popularly known as the Cathedral of Triana. In 1931 it was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest and Historical Heritage of Spain. This church was begun in 1266 by order of King Alfonso X. According to the inscriptions, the monarch was cured of an eye disease thanks to the intervention of Santa Ana. In 1755 the building was remodeled after the Lisbon earthquake and in 1972 underwent a remodeling in which all the interior Baroque decoration disappeared. Finally, in 1931 it was declared a Site of Cultural Interest and was classified as a Monument.

San Jacinto Church Seville, Spain The church of San Jacinto of Seville (Andalusia, Spain) is the temple of a Dominican convent founded in the seventeenth century. It is located at the corner of San Jacinto and Pagés del Corro streets, in the neighborhood of Triana. This church resisted its construction. The Dominicans built this church in the seventeenth century, collapsed in May 1730 and had to rebuild a new one. In 1740 they began the construction of the new church, but the inauguration took place on January 29, 1775. Between 1868 and 1869 the convent became municipal property and offices and a primary school were installed, for which some units of the convent were demolished. The Dominicans returned in 1906 and built a new convent next to the temple and finally in 1966 they granted the church the rank of parish.

“LA FE” HOSPITAL Valencia, Spain La Fe hospital is one of the largest medical centres in Spain. La Fe hospital has chosen Lynx Pro Audio for its main auditorium as well as its many individual training rooms. The Auditorium seats 600 people and there are a total of 16 training rooms for medical training and lectures.

Because of the large size of the room four QB-D6 were used horizontally and were installed in the wooden stage delivering precise coverage for the front seats.

Another four QB-D6 were used underneath the rear balcony for the farend seats and were also integrated in the ceiling. For controlling the PA, frontfill and delay an ARK-7048 was used enabling complete adjustment of all parameters ensuring the maximisation of the complete system set-up.

The LX-F6 was chosen as FOH for the auditorium and used QB Series QB-D6 cabinets as front fill and under balcony reinforcement. There are 6 LX-F6 installed per side together with one LX-215S sub-bass cabinet integrated in to the wall behind each line array configuartion to reduce bulk in the auditorium.

SEOUL’S NATIONAL MARITIM MUSEUM

국립해양문화재연구소 Seoul, Korea The Seoul’s National Maritime Museum is the third lagest museum in South Korea. The museum was inaugurated on July 9 (2012) and is located in Dongsam-dong, Yeongdo-gu, Busan. The museum exhibits more than 12.000 maritime relics, including the ‘Joseon Missional Ship’ which is the largest replica in South Korea - half the size of the actual ship. Korea National Maritime Museum is a maritime space to promote maritime culture and contribute to the development of the maritime industry by excavation, preservation, research and exhibition of maritime heritage.

Korea National Maritime Museum is exhibiting valuable relics and materials related to the ocean from home and abroad and is progressing diverse marine experience and educational programs. Certes, our distributor in Latvia, has been in charge of updating the quality of the installations. OCEANOGRAFIC

The Oceanographic of Valencia is one of the most important marine complexes in the world, and is integrated in the City of Arts and Science, one of the most beautiful spots of the city.

With more than 15 million visitors since opening Valencia’s Oceanographic is one of the most important marine Aquariums of the world and the biggest in Europe.

The roof of the amphitheater holds 12 columns in combination with 6 subs. This combination is done with six groups of 2 columns per sub evenly distributed under the roof.

This park offers a huge space with 110.000 m2 where all the Seas and Oceans are represented, from the Artic to Red Sea, including island habitats and more than 500 species such as sharks, morays, sturgeons and thousands of specimens of fishes and other species like seals, birds or penguins. And now some column speakers too, from Lynx Pro Audio.

They park wanted to offer the best experience for their visitors and have just chosen Lynx Pro Audio systems for the park’s daily dolphin show.

The rest of the cabinets are fixed very close to the dolphin pool to reach the first rows of seats, with 2 subs perfectly hidden from view.

20 Ionic-100 column speakers together with 8 DR-N12 subs have been recently installed in different positions in the dolphinarium, including the roof of the amphitheater and the borders of the dolphin pool.

With a capacity of 1500 people this dolphinarium is one of the biggest in the world. The dolphins create a magical atmosphere and the ionic system sonically enhaces the show.

JENA UNIVERSITY Jena, Thuringia, Germany It is not just the student tradition (since 1558) that makes Friedrich Schiller University Jena the university of choice, but the high regard in which the practice-orientated courses are held. Their courses have all gained topranking from prestigious magazines.

Punta del Este, Uruguay

PLATINO AWARDS The Platino Awards is a live show with the best of the year about Latin music and cinema. This amazing gala was broadcasted to more than 50 countries of the Latin American community. The 2016 edition was held at Punta del Este Convention Centre (Uruguay) where the most outstanding figures of the Ibero-American cultural industry gathered. Lynx Pro Audio was present through the technical team of Ganzúa, who mounted a line array LX-V12 as P.A. main event. Paulina Rubio, Natalia Oreiro, Ruben Rada and Diego Torres were on stage for this great music show. The Spanish Santiago Segura and the Mexican Adal Ramones participated in the beginning of the gala.

A line array system LX-V12 was commissioned to sound the pavilion that had a large number of invited guests. Natalia Oreiro surprised singing “Garota de Ipanema” to open the musical show that marked

the beginning of the gala. Paulina Rubio then went on stage, with a performance that gave a lot to talk about. The show ended with a beautiful version of the tango “Volver” sung by Ruben Rada and Diego Torres.

Gutenberg: a 360-degree show Montevideo, Uruguay ‘Gutenberg’ is a 360-degree show premiered at Antel Arena in Montevideo (Uruguay) celebrating 100 years of the newspaper “El País”. Gutenberg is a show that makes a journey from the use of printing to the digital era. The show tells a story around the figure of Johannes Gutenberg, the inventor of the printing, to this day. The design consists of giant goblin which simultaneously acts as a screen moving the viewer from the 15th century to the present day.

The show also has side stages, giants, acrobatics, mapping, live music, classical and contemporary dance, etc… All these elements merge to create a 360-degree show. Ganzúa Producciones has been in charge of providing the audio from what can be called the event of the year in Uruguay. To equip the entire stadium and ensure that the acoustics were perfect it has been used powerful line arrays from Lynx Pro Audio, specifically LX series: LX-V12, LX-V8, LX-218S and LX-318C.

BIG LOVELY TV SHOW

Hong Kong, China Big Lovely is an awards ceremony for China’s TV celebrities. Phoenix TV used the following Lynx equipment. The set-up included a Lynx LX-V8 Line Array which comprised of a total of 16 LX-V8 cabinets flown from each side of the venue with LX-218S lending the sub bass reinforcement. For the front fill 4 LX-F6 and 2 LX-215S were used. The sound system was complemented with various ADP-215, ADP-15 and QB-12 cabinets placed strategically around the venue. QB-M12 were used as the stage monitors with SX series amplification. ARK processors were used for the control further strengthening the performance of the complete system. The Big Lovely Gala was attended by numerous Chinese celebrities and pop groups and received generous press coverage. Phoenix features a mix of programmes, ranging from political and economic news and current affairs through talk shows, film and music reviews to movies, and mini series in both Chinese and foreign origins.

This venue also has a rooftop which is called “Àtic Bar” were you can find 8 HR-26 and 4 DR-N12 as sound reinforcement for live events and music.

Multiple installations in Shanghai Shanghai, China Lynx Pro Audio’s professional sound systems have been permanently installed in the chinese Press Center, an organization that publishes news and offers services to journalists. Multiple press conferences are held in the venue. Due to the specificity of its functions, the Press Center must ensure that during the conferences the voice is clearly heard and the message is transmitted correctly. That is the reason why the conference room must be equipped with good audio equipment. Beijing Xi Ya Linke, were in charge of preparing this installation and providing the equipment to ensure good sound quality in the building. The versatile ADP-26 was the system of choice for the Press Center. These cabinets have been designed to offer the utmost sound reinforcement reliability, incorporating the latest acoustical and electronical technology and delivering incredible, dynamic sound.

Multiple applications Lynx Pro Audio have also been installed for the International Youth Dialogue in a chinese school. This multifunctional room can accommodate more than 400 people at the same time. On the main stage, 4 LX-F6 and LX-F6P are installed on both sides of the podium along with two LX212S and two LX-218S subwooferS. In addition, eight passive HR-28 and eight HR-26 cabinets are placed around the conference room.

Also, Beijing Xi La Linke was in charge of providing sound for this hall in a chinese school which accommodates more than 300 people and serves as a venue for academic seminars, meetings and various presentations. The following Lynx Pro Audio cabinets were chosen: For the main stage, 4 CXA-12 constant curved line array loudspeakers and two CXA-18S subwoofers have been installed, hanging on either side of the stage. For the sides and back of the room, two QB-8 full-range passive cabinets have been installed to ensure a clear sound in all directions, controlled with and ARK2026 digital processor.

ARTIC CINEMA Cinema under extreme conditions

Kautokeino, Norway Ice Adventure is an Artic event which is held annually in Kautokeino, located at around 70 degrees north, far beyond the arctic circle. Lynx pro audio products were used for the night show, including a drivein cinema for snowmobiles. This is the world’s northernmost Lynx system.

When the event was held the outside temperature was a chilling -32 degrees Celsius and the speakers performed great.

VOLTERETA BALI Valencia, Spain Voltereta Restaurant is a restaurant with a unique concept. Unites nature and food. In Voltereta eating is an experience, a way to connect with nature in a corner of a big city like Valencia. The restaurant offers international food with a mediterranean twist, based on ‘padang‘, which means serving a lot of small dishes in the center of the table to share with eaters, something typical at Indonesian restaurants and not dissimilar to tapas. Voltereta Bali’s goal is to make you believe you are in Bali, surrounded by the rainforest and the calming noises of nature. To do so it’s essential to have a high-end background sound and that’s why the technical team chose Lynx Pro Audio’s professional equipment.

Shanghai, China The Star River Hotel of Shanghai is a luxury international hotel which boasts 260 rooms featuring relaxing waterfront views alongside the Bund of Huangpu river. Lynx Pro Audio systems were installed in the function rooms, dining, banquet and bars, including a 3000 capicity Grand Ballroom. VOLTERETA MANHATTAN Valencia, Spain If you want to dine at Voltereta, Manhattan you need to book well in advance. This restaurant located in the heart of Valencia has quickly become one of the most popular places to eat in the city. The concept of the décor and atmosphere is based on 1920s New York with the uniforms of the staff reflecting the city and period.

You can of course order a classic New York Burger but the menu has a lot more to offer and fuses east with west whilst offering a wide selection of drinks including cocktails. One of the reasons Voltereta Manhattan is also so popular is that it has live music. The entertainment together with the background sound for the whole restaurant uses Lynx Pro Audio.

Two CXA-12 constant curvature cabinets are placed at each side of the stage together with two HR-18/6 sub bass cabinets whilst six IONIC-5CX provide the sound for the surroundings of the restaurant. Four HR-8, customized in green colour, provide the sound for this part of the venue, melting within the garden elements.

MAMAKA HOTEL

Bali seems to be the perfect place for our weather-resistant small enclosures Juno series. Our Indonesian distributor (Melodia) and their AV consultant partner Sontastic have been tasked with installing the Mamaka Hotel, south Bali. This is one of the most visited cities in Asia and since it has a tropical climate with heavy rain, outdoor installations need weather-resistant cabinets.

MAMAKA Hotel is a beach-front urban resort for modern travellers, foodies and social-surfers alike, perfectly positioned in the thriving neighbourhood of Kuta Legian. 49 Juno enclosures have been installed, distributed among different areas inside the hotel and the swimming pool. The white finish 6” speakers (JN-6T) were installed mainly indoor while the black finish 8” speakers can be found between the pool & DJ area.

Convent Carmen in Valencia Valencia, Spain Convent Carmen is one of the most charming venues in Valencia. It is an antique church and convent remodelated into a cultural and gastronomical market, with free access for everyone.
