Learning Center Objective: To revitalize a low income neighborhood a long s. Presa St. in San Antonio TX. Approach: After a long and extensive analysis on S. Presa St. I noticed that one of the main issues in this neighborhood was vandalism. The lack of involvement towards the younger community. Therefore, I a envision a place specifically for the younger community of s. Presa St. That offers extracurricular activities such as tutoring and GED lessons, space for art and Graffiti (a different form of a conventional legal wall).
