School of the Holy Child Art Magazine
Welcome to 20,000, School of the Holy Child’s new digital art magazine! This magazine has been dubbed 20,000 in homage to the age-old saying, “A picture is worth a thousand words.” Through this publication, the art club seeks to evoke our school’s mission: developing “women of conscience and action”. We believe that showing and encouraging the talents of our fellow students can lead to greater acceptance and diversity. Art allows us to embrace the unique and special identity of every individual, an important aspect in building and maintaining a strong community. Our digital flipbook will be composed of artwork made by both Upper and Lower School students, whom we wish to recognize for their extraordinary works. Specifically, this inaugural issue features many exemplary students who received awards this past art show season. We hope you enjoy this issue of 20,000!
