The area of the Poznań Fair is an area in a key location in relation to the city center. Today, this area is closed to ordinary people and causes problems with communication and on social background. The surroundings of this area suffer from this isolation that affects the surroundings. From its beginnings, the center of Poznań shifts westwards in relation to earlier locations. At this point, we lack space for another center, which is currently located in the former castle district. But we have a fair area that is just waiting for redevelopment because the trade fair itself does not need such a large area. A multi-functional footbridge routed in the air connects the current center with its new version. It will contain exhibition and service spaces. Mark’s Square is becoming the new center of Poznań. The fair does not lose exhibition space due to the new pavilion and the restoration of those that are currently used as warehouses. The new footbridge network created over time enriches the way the fairgrounds are used. The spaces between the pavilions gain value through the level of footbridges, also green floods this space. Due to the impulse of the fair, the neglected space around is supplemented. A clear connection between the quarters and alternative walking and cycling routes are created. This part of the city is gaining new value and allows for further development of the city.

The vantage point is an openwork 5x5m straight form standing on four pillars, half a meter above ground level, which gives a total of 2.5 m above the construction site level. We get to the platform after the ramp, which is a place accessible to disabled people. The red corrugated sheet on the construction side is a reference to the honour tribune next to which the point is located. It is a place for ordinary citizens to be able to admire the progress of work on the museum as government officials once admired the marches of troops on Defilad Square. The facility was designed so that if necessary it could be easily lifted and transported to another location. Also after construction, it is possible to transport it to another locations or to decompose into spreads. By using square base, we use the entire surface of plot. On board we can rest and admire the object panorama of Defilad Square and the Palace of Culture and Science, on which side seating space is provided.

The Spring Pavilion was designed on the basis of sustainable development and the cultural and artistic identity of Amsterdam. In order to adapt the pavilion to a wide range of activities, traditional solutions were abandoned in favour of a mobile and multifunctional facility combining people, nature and architecture. The round shape was inspired by the existing buildings and the irregular shape of the Vondelpark, which contrasts with the compact and orderly architecture of Amsterdam. The Spring Pavilion consists of 9 mobile units mounted on rails, which can be freely combined according to demand, creating specific spaces. The designed facility offers the possibility to organize day and night activities such as lectures, exhibitions and a summer cinema. The whole pavilion consists of: historical pavilion referring to the city development, green pavilion referring to nature, low and high terraces giving the possibility of rest and observation, foodtruck and galleries fulfilling the function of exhibitions. The location of the pavilion is not fully defined, because thanks to its structure it can be located in many placesin the park. The facility uses recycled materials - rubbish, containers, metal nets, glass, wood and steel, as well as vegetation and grass as a natural base. The creation of sliding independent pavilions ensures a balance between the facility and the environment, giving the feelingof open space while integrating residents and tourists through a round shape.

Areas in the city center have the greatest value. This sentence applies not only to economical conditions, but also to identity and city-forming. It was this places where the main events and changes took place. One of such complicated stories is presented to this day by the undeveloped Spring of Nations squere in Poznań, whose time for change has just come. Our idea deviates from the taken framework for that square, that the city council is proposing to build in whole, we on the other hand want the creation of space for social activity. The concept is based on a juxtaposition of building ideas (pavilions) with an organic natural structure, building a new identity of the place. One of the starting points was the analysis of the green map of Poznań and needs of contemporary urban environment. It follows the need to revaluate the existing space, by ecological evolution - not chaotic revolution. We wanted to give public space a new quality through our focus on nature. One of the most important ideas turned out to be creating coherent green interiors based on an analysis of the Poznań nature system. We have included in this structure, pavilions integrating all social groups. The intention of this action was to preserve identity and uniqueness of the square, at the same time maintaining the coherence of the urban fabric and the function of the center. Spring of Nations squere should become an active and expressive space, motivating people to spend time in its new, green surrundings. The place combines historical, café, work and study pavilions, and the construction of a 30-meter viewing tower. The location and size of each facility are adapted to the scale of the surrounding architecture and intimacy space. Their functions allow to integrate both residents and tourists, enabling broadening of knowledge about context of the Spring of Nations Square, rest among so much needed in the city nature, visiting exhibitions, participation in cultural events, or admiring Poznań from a height in the city center.

Areas in the centers of the districts of large cities have the greatest value. This sentence is not only about material conditions, but also about identity and city-forming. This is where public life goes on and social relationships are built. The district of the city of Poznań (Główna) has a very clearly marked center, and yet it remains undeveloped and left alone. It is influenced by many factors, but above all by passivity, land division, private ownership, lack of planning, and thus spatial chaos and visible space divisions. Currently, the center is created by Główna Street, from the east market to Nadolnik Street. It is a space occupied mainly by a heavily used road despite the existing beltway. The building quarter east of the market is occupied to a large extent by garages and small enterprises. This happens in the very center of the district, which was once a separate urban entity. It is proposed to organize the buildings in the said quarter by demolishing the buildings inadequate for the center of the district and supplementing it in missing places. The idea of dividing the frontage buildings into buildings with former ownership limits was adopted. Two buildings, one residential and one that would have a social function for future residents were introduced into the interior of the quarter. The solution to the problem of cars is planned by introducing one common underground car park for the whole establishment. It would cover an area of about 1/3 of a quarter. The market would regain its original function. A center would be created which is needed because of the rapid development of the district and further development estates. The potential of this district was noticed because of the proximity of the center of Poznań itself. Plans have already been established for the extension of the tram line. The area of special attention in the project is the plot located at the western end of the said quarter. The design idea assumes not closing the quarter, but opening it to the Eastern market. Two blocks are added to the existing frontage development. The aim of not closing the quarter is to increase the public space of the market itself with its interior. The designed buildings will not be overwhelmed with their size, 11 and 14 meters are planned. Two apartments and a commercial space will be built in the lower building. In the higher one, however, six apartments and one service premises, which would have served as its social space until the social building wil be built within the quarter. The two buildings would be connected by underground, where would also be storage rooms, a sauna and a corridor leading to the underground garage.

Warszawskie estate was established in the 30’ with a central area devoted to park. Today it is poorly aranged and due to fencing not well conected to do whole neighborhood. The project aims to open the area to the local society arrangeind the abandoned plot, connetecting the existing paths with newly established. Design have two main axis, one conects the mian road going from south to the other part of estate on north, it crosses with the second axis goung east west. On one end we have the builing that is going to be addopted for society club. Then we have a shallow pond, small hill with places to sit and a low stage. Finnaly at the other end of path we have existing sport facilities, conected now with a circular path. The project is not a revolution of the place but a adaptation with added features. It enriches the centered plot with new quality that will change the space for people.
