Conclusion
This document has been created to provide insight to inform AT’s next steps for the COVID-19 response. It demonstrates the benefits that behavioural science can provide when encouraging people to adhere to COVID-19 containment behaviours, and in preparation for new behaviours that will develop throughout this time. It offers some practical concepts to apply when designing interventions, especially messaging, to nudge the desired behaviours.
The next steps will be to discuss these insights across the Customer Experience leadership team and to assess the potential impact and feasibility of the next steps.
