It is 3:30 am. In the middle of the night. But while others are still snuggled deep in their warm beds, our alarm clock rings incessantly. And with it, the inner demon tempting us to stay in bed gets louder and louder. Are we actually crazy? But the view out of the window presents a brightly shining moon and the motivation for our sunrise tour inevitably increases. Especially in autumn, when the days are getting shorter, sheer force of will drives us up into the mountains again and again to catch the day`s first rays of sunlight. The early morning holds a very special atmosphere. Not only is the nature around us still and hush, we are also enveloped in calm and quietly focused on the inside. The fresh, cool, crisp air keeps us alert and wide awake. As the deep blackness of night slowly brightens, we vigorously keep our pace so as not to miss the sunrise under any circumstances. When we finally reach the summit, the first rays of sunlight are already peeking out over the horizon, colouring the mountains with an intense orange hue – only a little later does the sun itself come into view. From one moment to the next it gets warmer. Every minute the colours around us seem to change. Can you possibly put the moment into words? We simply live this indescribable moment quietly and happily and we know without doubt that we would get up again and again just as early to experience this unique and unforgettable feeling. CARE INSTRUCTIONS Functional clothing is made of high-tech materials. To prolong the lifespan and to ensure maximum functionality of your skinfit garments, please observe the following care instructions: HAND WASH We recommend machine washing all items separately before wearing. Please do not wash any of our products by hand. Colours may transfer onto other garments more easily than in the washing machine due to the smaller amount of water used and the resulting higher concentration of colourants. Simply follow the care instructions for your garments and combine only similar colours when washing. WET GARMENTS Do not leave your sports garments lying around when wet, as colours may start to bleed. Always dry your skinfit clothing completely (especially after sweating). SUNLIGHT Over time, ultraviolet rays (sunlight) lead to fading in fluorescent colours (e.g. neon yellow). This is a natural process and not a fault in the product. FABRIC SOFTENERS/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS Do not use fabric softeners on sportswear. They reduce the functional characteristics (i.e. moisture transport, fast drying etc.) of your garments. Every time you wash your garment, the fabric is subject to mechanical stress. Please follow the individual instructions on your product‘s care label. Therefore, turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the fabric‘s surface as well as any prints or reflectors. We recommend our CareTEX products which are specially designed for our sports clothing. They ensure that your clothes remain functional and protect fabrics. USE OF A DRYER Some garments might shrink if subjected to excessive heat from a dryer. We recommend linedrying if possible or using the low heat setting of your dryer. WEAR/PILLING The softer and more comfortable a fabric, the less wear-resistant it usually is. Thus, we recommend that you avoid any friction with belts, straps and rough materials like Velcro etc. A certain degree of pilling is unavoidable in some garments, however this does not impact on their function. GARMENTS WITH ELASTHANE Elasthane is a yarn that is woven into fabrics to increase their elasticity. Chlorine, perspiration and cosmetic products are particularly harmful to these yarns. Special care, however, will increase their durability. Therefore, always rinse such garments in clear water after use in chlorinated water or after doing exercising.

DURABLE WATER REPELLENT FINISHING (DWR) Some garments have a special duralbe water repellent which repels water, rain, dirt or in some garments, improves hydrodynamic properties. This finish washes out when the garment is washed several times, but can be restored by applying heat (tumble-dry or iron on low heat). CARE OF GLOVES WITH LEATHER INSERT Our gloves are labeled as not washable. If you need to clean your gloves, please use lukewarm water and a small quantity of a mild detergent. Please use the recommended dosage of detergent, since only a very small quantity is needed for hand wash. Too much detergent may damage the materials. We recommend our CareTEX, which protects the material and ensures that your clothes remain functional. Rinse the detergent well and wrap the wet gloves in a dry towel and press the water out. After being washed by hand in this manner, the gloves can be dried in open air. Do not place them on a heater or in the sun. As soon as the gloves are half dry, put them on and make a fist with your hand, so that the initial shape is recreated. As soon as the gloves have dried, you may softly knead the leather and apply a leather care product.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT VALIDITY OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT: All our business transactions are concluded on the basis of these General Conditions of Contract. All other General Conditions of Contract of customers are herewith explicitly denied. Whenever these General Conditions of Contract refer to consumers, the relevant provisions shall be valid for consumers, but not for businesses. OFFER – INFORMATION ON CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT: All offers are without obligation and do not oblige us to perform. Before an offer is given via Skinfit‘s webshop, the consumer is informed of the technical steps leading to conclusion of contract. Contracts must be concluded in the English or German language. The text of the contract (order confirmation) shall be sent to the consumer by email without delay, however no later than on the following business day, and thereafter will no longer be electronically saved by Skinfit. RIGHT TO CANCELLATION FOR CONSUMERS: Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods/last partial delivery. To exercise your right to cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. via a letter sent by mail, a fax, or an email). You can use the enclosed cancellation template for this purpose. To protect the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of enforcement of the right to cancellation before the end of the cancellation period. Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you with all payments which we have received from you, including the delivery costs (excluding additional costs which are incurred in the event that you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by us), without delay and no later than within fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. To refund your payment, we will use the same method which you used to make the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed with you and under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund. The right of withdrawal is excluded if the goods are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. However, we can refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. A defect shall entitle the consumer to exchange or repair of merchandise. The date of the postmark shall be decisive. The consumer must demonstrate that the defect already existed at the decisive time, namely the time at which the risk passed. At its discretion Skinfit is entitled to satisfy claims for indemnification not only by exchange but also by repair or price reduction. Minor deviations in dimensions or colour are not deemed a defect. If notification of defect is not made in time or in the form set out above, the merchandise shall be deemed accepted. PAYMENT: Payment is to be made by means of credit card, in cash, bank transfer, or money wire without deduction in advance. RESERVATION OF TITLE: The merchandise delivered by us shall remain our unrestricted property until all liabilities arising from the transaction including any current account liabilities have been satisfied in full. PERFORMANCE – JURISDICTION – APPLICABLE LAW: Place of performance for delivery and payment is Koblach, AT; this also holds true for the case that the merchandise is contractually delivered at a different place.
