Die neue flowmould-Technik von Lenz vereinfacht den Aufwand für perfekt angepasste Einlegesohlen auf 3 Schritte und verkürzt dabei die Anpasszeit auf 3 Minuten. flowmould-Sohlen werden direkt im Kern erhitzt. Dadurch verkürzt sich die Erwärmdauer und die Abkühlzeit des Produkts. Materialien werden bei diesem Prozess geschont und die Sohlen sind ohne Qualitätsverlust mehrmals anformbar. Kernziel der Entwicklung war die Anpassung so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten um eine permanent hohe und exakte Fitting-Qualität zu erreichen. THE QUICK, EASY WAY TO THE PERFECT INSOLE The new flowmould technology by Lenz simplifies the amount of work required for the perfectly fitted insoles to three steps, reducing the fitting time to 3 minutes. flowmould soles are heated directly at their core, thereby shortening the amount of time it takes to heat up and cool down the product. This process goes easy on the materials, and the soles can be reformed several times, without any loss of quality. The main objective of the development was to make fitting as easy as possible in order to achieve a permanently high and exact fitting quality rate. UNE SEMELLE PARFAITE AVEC RAPIDITÉ ET SIMPLICITÉ La nouvelle technologie flowmould de Lenz simplifie le travail nécessaire pour avoir des semelles parfaitement ajustées en seulement trois étapes et réduit ainsi le temps d’adaptation à 3 minutes seulement. Les semelles flowmould sont chauffées directement au coeur, ce qui réduit la durée de réchauffement et de refroidissement du produit. Cette procédure ménage les matériaux utilisés et les semelles peuvent être moulées à plusieurs reprises sans que cela altère leur qualité. L’objectif principal de ce développement est de faire en sorte que l’ajustement soit aussi simple que possible pour atteindre un taux élevé et exact d’ajustage en permanence.

3D-Anformung Der Fuß des Kunden bleibt für ein optimales Ergebnis während der gesamten Anformphase direkt auf der Sohle.

Die flowmould Sohlen werden Schicht für Schicht per Hand vorgefertigt. Je nach Einsatzgebiet werden bis zu sieben exakt aufeinander abgestimmt Bausteine zu einer Sohle verbunden. Dabei wir das flowmould-Element für den idealen Wirkungsgrad während des Anpassungsvorgangs optimal eingearbeitet. Die flowmould-Technik ist für den Sportler nicht spürbar und nimmt keinen Einfluss auf die Funktion der Sohle. Egal wie dynamisch oder statisch das Endprodukt gewünscht ist. INDIVIDUALLY FITTED INSOLES FOR ALL CHALLENGES The flowmould soles are prefabricated by hand, layer for layer. Depending on the area of application, up to seven perfectly coordinated components are compiled to make a sole. The flowmould element is optimally incorporated in order to achieve the ideal degree of effectiveness during the fitting stage.
