WELCOME FANS! FROM THE RACE DIRECTORS Welcome! We are thrilled you are joining us for the inaugural Good Life Halfsy presented by Bulu Box! In January 2014, we asked the question, “What the @?$% is a Halfsy?” Finally, on November 9th at 9:00 am, over 3,000 runners and their wildest fans will truly experience it! We hope that the Good Life Halfsy is more than just a half marathon and that it becomes a new a fun-filled November weekend tradition for years to come. If you’ve ever ran in a race, you know that cheer support is a big part of pushing you to complete the course! The roar of the crowd or a familiar face spurring you on to a personal best can make all the difference. Thank you for helping to make the runner’s experience special and fun! Use this guide to find the best places to cheer and navigate street closings. We’ll see you on the course or at the finish! Ben Cohoon, Jason Bakewell and the Good Life Halfsy Crew

CHEER STATIONS WHAT IS A CHEER STATION? If you’re not running the Good Life Halfsy, there’s no better way to spend the day than cheering wildly with other like-minded fanatics. Together you can support your friends, family and total strangers in reaching their Halfsy goals. Crowd support is welcome throughout the course, but we have a few intentionally designed, extra-awesome Cheer Stations strategically located throughout the course. Each Cheer Station will have music and will be stocked with vuvuzelas, cowbells, signs, thundersticks, and other assorted goodies from race sponsors to help you maximize your cheering greatness! Use the course map driving route as an overview guide to avoid street closures and “getting stuck”. Then use the Cheer Station specific information detailed under each Cheer Station map and description to insure proper arrival and parking. Enjoy!
