Grazing
Currently there is a seasonal year to year grazing lease that is carefully managed for the cattle and the wildlife that lives on the ranch. The ranch is cross-fenced to allow for the spring cattle to settle and then be moved throughout the summer season. Several acres of meadows were cleared of sage and reseeded with a mixture of cattle and wildlife friendly grasses.
Cowboys on the ranch help maintain the ditches, fences and land which is a benefit for the owner and the wildlife.
