+ WORK EXPERIENCE Architect [Mare e Terra. Ciutadella de Menorca] From November 2018- April 2020. Permanent position on site, to manage a project, part refurbishment, part new; Consisted of a Agritourism with 43 luxury rooms (Including 4 villas and 5 rooms with individual swimming pools) exterior and interior restaurant, and main swimming pool. + Meeting and advising clients. Present proposals, quotations, technical solutions and samples of materials. Weekly reports with the progress on site to the developer and clients. + Site Management; Supervision and coordination of external and internal teams, checking the execution and work progress. Supervising and updating the General budget as well as reviewing and approving building certifications. + Checking and approving setting outs and adjustments in order to guarantee the correct functionality of the services and the design of the project. + Managing orders, and contact new suppliers and subcontractors. Tasks involved to look for manpower, materials, fittings, and furnitures. Lead and manage an interior design project involving two high-end houses located on the seafront, as well as the project to restyle and reorganize the ground floor and communal areas of a luxury hotel, part of the Relais & Chateux association. Lead and manage a project to refurbish and convert two palaces, located in the town center of Ciutadella, into a luxury hotel with 21 rooms and swimming pool. The project was set up to meet the high standards required to be part of the Relais & Chateux association.
