The ISAF Sailing World Cup series is the Grand Slam of Olympic Sailing, featuring the world’s best sailors across 10 Olympic classes. H oste d in five (5) countries aroun d t h e wo r ld , (Ch in a, Australia, USA, S pain , France), the event was introduced by the Governing Body ISAF in 2009, to promote the sport of sailing on a global scale, annually. The ISAF Sailing World Cup – Melbourne, is operated by the Not-for-profit organisation, Yachting Victoria and is on average the largest annual dinghy class sailing regatta in the Southern Hemisphere.

The Melbourne leg boasts a long history of delivering world-class sailing events and highly successful corporate partnerships. This is Australia’s most important Olympic and youth class sailing event, and its ISAF Sailing World Cup status provides an ongoing platform for aspiring young sailors to compete in a world-class event, alongside their sailing heroes.
