As our new year kicks off, the Board is anticipating completion of the Lakewood Bay renovations and the beginning of our marina renovations. We continue to look at additional projects that we believe will help the long-term value of our neighborhood.

ARB/ARC deadlines are the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month. The meetings are the 2nd and 4th Tuesday, 6:00 p.m., at The Community Service Office, 735 NE Lakewood Blvd.

In accordance with the LPOA By-laws, notice is hereby given to the LPOA members of pending amendment to LPOA Rules and Regulations. The following language was introduced for consideration and accepted at the 01/9/2020 Board of Directors meeting. At their meeting on 02/13/2020, the Board will again consider this language and voted on adoption. Current language is struck through and proposed language is underlined.
