the many committees is a fantastic way to give back to the neighborhood and one way individuals can help maintain or build the neighborhood they want.

I encourage you to study the candidates carefully. Reach out to them and ask questions. Get to know them. Ask them why they live here or why did they move here. Ask them what they want to change (and potentially how they would pay for it!). Look for candidates that have supported the community through committees or volunteer efforts.

Finally, don’t just vote, be an informed voter. Bios and backgrounds will be in the April Ripples - take 5 minutes and read up on the candidates. It may sound overly dramatic, but your property values could depend on it!
