Learn about the policies and procedures related to the LPOA Lakes. LPOA Holiday Schedule
The LPOA office will be closed the following dates for holidays:
Labor Day Monday, September 6
Thanksgiving Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26
Christmas Friday, December 24
New Years Friday, December 31
ARB/ARC Information
ARB/ARC deadlines are the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month. The meetings are the 2nd and 4th Tuesday, 6:00 p.m., at The Community Service Office, 735 NE Lakewood Blvd.
Pontoon Boat Rental
Lakewood’s two pontoon boats are now accessible for residents to rent. They are available for 2-hour blocks on weekdays and 4-hour blocks on weekends and holidays. All-day rentals are available on weekdays only (excluding holidays). Pontoons can only be rented one month in advance, at the earliest. Keep in mind that all rentals have a maximum capacity of 10 people.
