EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ……the overview:

Private Medical Care: All of our employees have the opportunity to sign up for our extensive private medical cover provided by one of the market leading insurers. The service gives you consultations, diagnosis tests, inpatient and outpatient healthcare where speed is of the essence.
Group Insurances: Life doesn’t always go according to plan, so the Company provide 2 x base salary critical illness insurance cover and 3 x base salary group life assurance cover for all of its employees in case the unexpected happens.
Personal Development Grants: If you have a personal interest outside of work and want to do a formal course of training, for example, car mechanics, floristry or language training then the company will match fund a personal development grant for you up to £300.
Flexibility: We know that sometimes we need to reorganize our working lives. Therefore we give our senior colleagues the option of working a reduced working week, taking a month paid sabbatical (after five years service) or taking a career break. We also provide maternity and paternity leave above the statutory norm for everyone. Please take a look at the policy on the intranet which also contains details on parental leave and all other planned and unplanned absences from work.
Holidays: As much as we love our jobs, our holidays are important for our wellbeing. In addition to a minimum of 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays) to start with, the company also allow you to have a paid day off on your Birthday, you will get additional holiday on your promotion and 2 days paid leave each year to work for the charity of your choice. If this isn’t enough, or maybe you have a special occasion to attend, you also have the option to buy up to an additional five days holiday each holiday year.
Interest Free Travel Loans: We realize travel is expensive. We will therefore give you an interest free travel loan from your home to your office so you can buy an annual ticket and save some money.
Cycle to Work Scheme: If you don’t travel on public transport, you may want to cycle to work instead. We run an approved cycle to work scheme where you can save money on the cost of your bicycle.
Pension: All employees will automatically be enrolled into our Group Personal Pension Scheme.
Free Eyesight Test: All of our staff qualify for free eyesight tests with a reputable retailer. Just ask for the voucher and book the appointment!
