BLOOMS ADVENTURES FERN THOMPSON

If only on she knew that her wildest dreams were going to shatter like the diamonds in her pockets, then she would’ve gone without her best friend and saved herself. Right before her, the beast who she once called a side-kick and trusted with all her heart, had left her to run away with the rest of the jewels and all the hope little Bloom had. Bloom should’ve known she was going to be betrayed like she had seen in the plays of the puppet tellers, but she was in too deep to give up her plans. You see, Bloom is an adventurer of all sorts, a knight, a traveler, a ninja spy, and many other titles she liked to refer herself as. She has hiked through the beautiful but deadly Jungle of Thorns to obtain the Rainbow Sword, she has trudged through the rough and plain Broken Desert to escort her animal companion into battle, she has swum through the deep Lake of Poison Bubbles to save the mayor Mr Quack, and she would have to climb the Pedestal Mountain three times a day to gain the ancient meals the Guardian Angel sends her as a reward for her bra bravery and heroicness. Those adventures are just a fraction of all the quests Bloom has really conquered, so Bloom was really proud of her achievements. But unfortunately, at this moment, the doubtful thoughts she’s always been afraid of runs through her head like a deer in the woods, except the deer is her hope amongst the darkness, and the trees are a maze of memories and visions. Bloom laid on the soft muddy dirt, her weakened body made her helpless. She watched her beloved Wilt run into the distance with the diamonds she had scavenged, and now her own salty diamonds poured from her eyes like the streams next to the River of Sharks, which she also vanquished in her earlier days. Previously, Bloom was in her room getting ready to venture forth on another journey, but Wilt rushed into her room with a panting tongue and a whimpering voice, warning her of the urgent news he had just heard. Wilt is a wolf, a wild but tamed beast who’s been beside Bloom on most of her adventures. When Bloom had first met Wilt, he was wary and they both were suspicious of each other, but they immediately became the best of friends, never to leave the other’s side. He had that mysterious aura, a personality that could trick his foes into his desire, yet c a character of laughter and fun. She wouldn’t go anywhere without him, nor would she choose anybody over him, as they were inseparable. Until next time adventure, Bloom has only just begun.

Soon after a series of misunderstood pants and rushed discussions, Bloom mounted herself onto Wilt, as he was Bloom’s transport, and they rushed out of the room like a hurricane trapped within a closed jar. To the Labyrinth Hills, a maze of long grass that seems as if it was endless. Though from the narratives Bloom shared to her town folks, she so far has been the only one that has passed through the maze, which she barely managed to trudge through. But that was so long ago, and Bloom would never be able to navigate through the gr grass now. It was only a matter of time until she and Wilt would get stuck within the straws, taking ages before they could reach the Gem Mines like Wilt foretold. There were scavengers, gruesome goblin tricksters, scouting the mines to find anything of value. Wilt was fortunate to witness the scene and report it back to Bloom. Which all lead up to now. The scavengers got away with the jewels, the storms took over the sky, and Wilt ran away cowardly as fast as their first ‘hellos’ had been when they first met. Bloom was betrayed by her best friend, a mental wound that would take months to heal, and a mind full of faith vanished like thin air, just like how Wilt had portrayed. But not only was it the thought of her friend leaving, but the fact that she didn’t succeed. As much as it repeated in her head, the memory of the goblins taunting her and their grubby hands clenching the crystals replayed in her skull. So, heartbroken and unfulfilled from her failures, Bloom stayed alone in the light rain and dim sunshine, her clothes soaking up the waterfalls from her emerald green eyes and the icky mud underneath her, her hand running along the sharp but smooth edges of the diamonds in her pockets. But so suddenly, the canine ran back at full speed, his long pink tongue swayed in the wind with slobber and jewels raining everywhere, determination within his amber eyes. Wilt nudged his wet and concerned nose against Bloom’s cheek, and she looked at him with eyes of joy and relief. Wilt never intended to leave Bloom forever, but in fact, left to bring the Great Giant to help them. He was so tall that he could easily reach the top of the sky, an easy lift for anybody who’s carried by the gentle man. Bloom’s body limp and Wilt’s body exhausted, the glad Great Giant carried them to the Pedestal Mountain, where the Guardian Angel served a bowl of a classic delicacy onto the surface for Bloom and Wilt to devour. Chicken soup would surely cure them, as it was a holy purifying meal made by a goddess, and it indeed did. Bloom and Wilt were cured and no longer in pain. Though in tears, they sobbed their sorrows and forgave each other for their mistakes. Then they continued to laugh and cheer, dance around in the soft snow, and enj the food their superior made for them. enjoy And so concludes the tale of little Bloom and the rescue from her trustworthy
