What do you enjoy the most about your job as a customer services consultant? Resolving customers’ questions or issues is a very rewarding aspect of my job.

Are you an early bird or a night owl? I lean towards being a night owl.

4. What’s something you saw recently that made you smile? Receiving a heartfelt birthday gift from a friend brought a genuine smile to my face. 5.

Who has influenced you the most in how you approach your work? Both my previous boss and a supportive colleague have significantly shaped my approach to work.

6. When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? As a child, I aspired to be a motivational speaker or a social worker. 7.

What’s a trip that changed you, and why? The trip to the prayer gathering at MORIA left a lasting impact with its encouraging words and spiritual experience.

8. How do you prefer to start your day? I kickstart my day with morning prayer, fostering a positive mindset throughout. 9.

If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why? “PERSEVERANCE” – chronicling the difficulties I’ve overcome and the strength gained through perseverance.

10. What’s one item you can’t leave your house or apartment without? My essentials, a phone and wallet, are indispensable when stepping out. 11. How do you prefer to end your day? I conclude my day by acknowledging that I’ve given my best, embracing imperfections, and focusing on progress.
