1. How long have you been at Macmillan, and what is your role?
I have been at Macmillan for nine years and I am a Customer Services Supervisor.
2. What appeals to you about your job?
Opportunities to help people, problem-solve, and provide assistance that enhances their experience. This is what I really love about my job.
3. What three words would your friends use to describe you?
• Fun
• Viby
• Talkative
4. What is the most fulfilling experience you’ve had as a consultant?
I am fulfilled when the customer feels heard. It makes me very content when they realise my patience and empathy.
5. How do you define good customer service?
Good customer service means consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations by providing prompt, friendly, and effective assistance that leaves them satisfied and valued.
6. What book are you reading now?
I am currently reading When You Pray, a devotional guide by Kelly Minter.
7. What is it like to serve customers at Macmillan?
Serving customers at Macmillan is rewarding due to the company’s commitment to delivering highquality products and services that genuinely help and support individuals.
8. If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
Haha, I would choose to have the ability to read people’s minds and know what they are thinking.
9. What’s the best advice you were ever given?
To save money for a rainy day, however little the amount is.
