Meet Sibongile Nkosi Customer Services Consultant
How long have you been at Macmillan, and what is your role? I have worked as a customer service consultant at Macmillan for two and a half years.
How do you prefer to start your day? I like to clear my emails from the previous day to plan my schedule for the day ahead. This helps me start my day off right.
What’s one thing that surprised you about working at Macmillan? The culture of the company
What is the most fulfilling experience you've had as a consultant? Knowing that I can assist the customers in every possible way I can.
How do you define good customer service? Going the extra mile and always providing a 5-star experience..
What book are you reading now? Oh, I'm not reading anything right now. LOL!

Are you an early bird or a night owl? I'm definitely a night owl.
