RESEARCH & INSPIRATION Active Learning includes flexible desks and seating in the classroom, integrative technology, monitors placed around the room so everyone can see, and power access

In an active learning classroom there is no assigned seating, gives freedom to students and allows them to choose their seat of choice for class.

In between spaces not only used for gathering, but used for studying too. When designing in between spaces keep learning in mind. Lounge seating can be used for an alternative learning environment.

Well-being implemented into a design reduces stress, anxiety, and psychological harm. Collaborative spaces allow social interactions among students. Design circulation paths encourage students to move throughout the space.

Meaning of color in educational learning: Red - alertness, encourages creativity Blue - sense of well being Yellow - positive feeling Green - calmness Brown - security and relaxation

Good ergonomics can minimize or prevent musculoskeletal strain and injuries. There are 4 pillars of office design: support, reach, breathing and vision.

Businesses should first take care of the people who take care of its customers. If you want your employees to provide superior service, provide them with a superior space.

Flexible space on the perimeter of the office gives everyone access to the windows and the view outside. The offices on the perimeter also provide areas to gather in large and small groups.

DESIGN CONCEPT: The use of line, balance, and symmetry were executed during the creation of the Linea Lamp. The inspiration behind the Linea Lamp is “linear perfection”. By using parallel and perpendicular lines the lamp creates an image of symmetry that is pleasing to the eye. Linea Lamp is created with stained strips of wood, allowing the texture of the wood to show through, and also LED light strips that are hidden within the wood strips.
